The short answer is, it depends on how the client that was used for the reply handles tagging the user the reply is being sent to.
If it is just a "p" tag with your public key, then it will only show as a reply. But if it ads "mention" after your public key, you will see it as both a reply and a mention in your Primal notifications.

I wanted to do a little PSA because I have seen a few people slandering a certain group of people on nostr.
Every major "satanic" organization I know of is actually atheists using the image of satan to make a point. The Satanic Temple for example is using the religious aspect of the specter of Satan to remind Christians why separation of church and state is important. They do this by demanding equal representation when christians attempt to practice religion as a part of government business. A statue of Baphomet next to the 10 commandments or a prayer ending in hail satan next to the prayer ending in amen has proven much more effective than reasoning with Christians about the risks of letting religion become a government institution.
So you ask yourself, "if satanists don't believe in a real and literal Satan, what do you call people who do believe in Satan?" We call them Christians.
