Ces droits de succession sont une catastrophe pour notre tissu économique local.

4/ les droits de succession ralentissent très fortement l'économie
Les parents n'étant pas capables de léguer leurs biens à leurs enfants de leur vivant sans être surtaxés, ils gardent cet argent pour eux.

I can't understand why channels are closed anyhow. What would be the reason for LSPs such as yours to close channels when there is an active wallet behind it, for me it doesn't make sense.
