总之，80年代的局势对耀邦来说，很难办，上面两个老人压着。邓小平赞成“权威主义”，他认为中国总得有“一个人说了算”。耀邦告诉过我，邓小平与陈云这两位政治老人的关系，按邓小平的话说，是“谈不拢”，胡耀邦在位时，就开不成常委会；“只能有一个婆婆”，这是邓小平让薄一波向陈云传达的。改革开放，邓 小平在经济上比较坚定，如成立“特区”，这是一个创举。而陈云仍坚持“鸟笼政策”，这是原则性分歧。在意识形态上，邓小平“不问姓资姓社”，“不管黑猫白猫”，“摸着石头过河”，不为既往的正统理论所限制，敢于突破，这是有极大功劳的。而陈云仍跳不出旧框框，1989年，中顾委发了个“一号文件”，刊载了陈云同赵紫阳、胡启立、李瑞环1987年以后的谈话，他说：“列宁帝国主义论没有过时”。对“六四”风波，陈云则有自己的看法。当时在中顾委，我们四个人（杜润生、李昌、于光远和我）反对镇压，几个月批斗，将要开除党籍，是陈云挽救了我们；他说，这种事不能再干了，否则，以后还要平反。
陈云对胡耀邦有看法，认为他在人事上用“青红帮”（青年团、红卫兵）。1982年初我已经65岁，决定在电力部退下来。这时陈云要我到中央组织部组建青年干部局，意见极其坚决，促我上任，还误会我是“能上不能下”、不愿当局长。于是我只好服从，于该年3月调入中央组织部。上任后我只见他一次，见了面就说要“顶住”，言下之意就是顶住胡耀邦。1987年耀邦在 “生活会”上被以前的战友王鹤寿揭发，非常伤心，他曾对王鹤寿讲过一些心里话。王鹤寿的侄女后来向我透露，揭发耀邦是陈云的命令。
除了两个老人，当时还有两个“左王”看不起他，在两老之间讲闲话，一个是胡乔木，一个是邓力群。胡乔木这个人，“一日无君则惶惶然”。改革开放以后，主要在意识形态上，胡乔木仍坚持毛泽东“政治挂帅”的路线，实质上是“以阶级斗争为纲”，不过不明说罢了。他是个两面派，真正的两面派，今天这样明天又翻过来。我跟胡乔木的渊源很深，对他比较了解。解放初我在湖南工作的时候，曾收集了毛主席20几篇旧作，印了50本，给中宣部1本，胡乔木要求全部上交，责备我“此种事，有害无益。”我年少气盛，写了一本《毛泽东的初期革命活动》。1952年我调到北京的时候，他给我打电话，居然又要我到中宣部管党史。没有他支持，《庐山会议实录》也出不来啊！张闻天纪念文集出版前，夫人刘英写信要我写篇文章，后来胡乔木把书的主编叫去加以训斥：“你干嘛让李锐写文章？”主编说是刘大姐让写的，他才不吱声了。像胡乔木那样的人，不当奴才不行啊！他愿意当奴才，因为有好处。中国历史上有很多这种人物。
1986年，邓力群把陆铿同胡耀邦的访谈交给邓小平，引起邓的震怒，这也成为1987年1月“生活会”后胡耀邦下台的一根导火索。1987年春，陈云让王震等人活动，把邓力群抬出来当总书记。我在1987年 7月11日给邓小平、赵紫阳写了一封信表示反对，除了揭发他抵制改革开放外，还述及他在延安抢救运动时犯的一件严重政治错误。邓小平14日批示，撤销邓力群的职务，陈云、李先念、薄一波三人也画圈了，制止了这个危机。
除了一些小事，胡耀邦和赵紫阳合作比较融洽，对经济体制和政治体制全面改革的看法也基本一致。但邓小平、陈云两位老人对全面改革却有不一致的看法。那两个“左王”趁机在邓小平、陈云两位老人中穿梭，大进谗言。这两个“左王”对改革开放起了很坏的作用，尤其是在思想文化领域，先搞“清除精神污染”，后又批“资产阶级自由化”。清污只搞了28天，幸好被胡、赵联手制止了。
1987年的“生活会”上，耀邦被迫作了检查，听说离开会场后即失声痛哭。一个人如果不是因受大委屈而伤心透了，是不会这样大哭的，尤其是在这种场合。他在担任总书记时就说过：我尊重老人，又独立思考。他尽力在两位老人之间沟通协调，遇大事必请示，同时还要面对两个“左王”的明枪暗箭与各种阻挠，最后遭到两方面夹击，个人事小，全局堪忧，他怎能不放声大哭！

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been experimenting with cutting down my caffeine intake and have been swapping some regular coffees with these decaf beans. While maybe it would be better not to have extra coffee at all, I do like the taste and the mountain water process seems to be a clean, chemical free way to remove the caffeine without affecting the flavour too much. The camp should have been safe the day she was raped. A delegation from the U.N. was paying a visit, and her grandmother had left her in charge of her siblings. That was the day, the girl says, that a Pakistani peacekeeper slipped inside their home and assaulted her in front of the other children.
But that was not the end of her story. Even though she reported the rape, the girl never got any help from the U.N. She did become pregnant, however, and had a baby.

学英语2个基本底层思维：
1.英语一个句子只能一个谓语动词。多余的动词必须变成非谓语动词形式存在。就是把不作谓语的动词变形成：doing，To do，done，这三种形式。
这是学英语最底层逻辑思维。
2，第二个英语思维。就是在说英语和写英语句子的时候一定把重点放在前面。先说重点，扩展补充，修饰成份放后面。这是英语和中文不一样的之处。英语先说重点。次要放后面。中文是先说次要，重点放后面。所以，中文和英文相反的方向。要倒过来翻译原因。
例如。“我每天在家学英语”。这句子怎么说出来英语：先找主干。核心的内容。我学英语。i learn English.次要就是怎么学？在哪里学？这些都是次要统统放后面。所以说英语的人都是先讲核心内容。后讲次要的事情。这样更高效。
i learn English at home every day.
中在家里，每天，都放后面。表地点和时间的状语放后面。
所以。学英语就是搞清楚这2大底层逻辑思维，学英语就比较轻松一下。

Several major bugs have been fixed in the last week. If you are on master, please pull and recompile.
* PRIVACY: gossip was authenticating to relays in many cases even if you turned on "require user approval before AUTHenticating..."
* gossip was rendering nevent links as note1 links in some cases
* when clicking the parent link, sometimes it wasn't finding the parent note (even though the note you clicked correctly hinted at which relay the note was at)
* new users who adjusted settings during the first run were having their public key wiped, which appeared to have no identity and they had to regenerate on second run

In my case, I legitimately try to be genuine with what I do around the internet. Granted, I may be wrong on a lot of things, but unlike those practicing kayfabe, I try to be humble enough to admit when I'm wrong and curious as to what the world around me is like.
Vtubers, on the other hand, are good at kayfabe, and integrate parts of their personal activities, changing a few words in the process to obscure certain parts of it (for that would dox them).

While Mastadon and Bluesky are completely centralized and faking decentralization, Nostr is completely different in this regard. Granted, the likes of Iris and Amethyst using methods of bad WoT shenanigans through seemingly strong tools, but nefarious use will also do the trick.
