### 翻身的希望：历史规律+特朗普的“助攻”
但别急，民主党也不是完全没戏。政治里有个铁律：中期选举通常是执政党的滑铁卢。从1950年到现在的19次中期选举，总统党输了17次，平均丢掉众议院25席，参议院3.5席。特朗普这共和党现在全控三权，2026年要是民意反弹，他们可能被狠狠修理。关键看这几点：
