Como sonegar imposto de Renda sem cair na malha fina? Discussão séria sobre.
Muitas vezes vemos os "anarquistas" de WhatsApp dizendo que é simples, e a sonegação é o caminho. Porém, na prática, todo mundo que estuda encontra uma barreira séria: a Receita Federal brasileira é implacável, e extremamente sofisticada. Sistemas de cruzamento de dados; IA que calcula discrepância salarial entre o que o profissional recebe, e o estilo de vida; servidores que possuem TESÃO DESENFREADO em perseguir aqueles que sonegam; e outras benecies.
Dito isso, alguns idiotas ainda vão falar: "ah, mas é só colocar tudo no Bitcoin". Sério, meua migo? Você arrisca sua vida e de seus familiares numa moeda extremamente instável? E quando o governo descobrir, você vai comprar alguma coisa em seu nome de que modo? Que seja um carro simples: nada poderá estar em seu nome, pois o Estado vai usar dos meios burocráticos para bloquear todos os seus bens. Se for em uma empresa de seu nome, também será decretada a indisponibilodade de bens, e você responderá, por baixo, por uns 7 crimes contra a administração pública.
Quando você precisa declarar o IR, e não o faz, automaticamente já cai no sistema da Receita Federal que fulano precisa declarar, e não apresentou declaração.
A sonegação integral de tudo que você recebe nos tempos atuais parece ser um sacrifício considerável. Por um lado, caso você receba um alto salário, não terá de pagar 27,5% disso em Imposto de Renda. Por outro, parece que nada poderá estar em seu nome. NADA. Contratos de compra e venda; assinatura de planos médicos; e outras despesas comuns; bens (carro, casa ou apartamento, ações de investimentos); etc. Além disso, eventualmente vão descobrir que fulano ganha 50 mil reais, e não está pagando imposto. E o que acontece? Primeiro, uma investigação no âmbito administrativo. A Receita vai atrás de toda a sua vida, e seus rastros na internet e vida real, para mensurar exatamente os seus ganhos e o quanto deixou de pagar. No fim das contas, se QUALQUER COISA der errado, você terá de pagar TODO o imposto devido, e uma multa que pode ir ALEM DE 100% do valor total, e pode ter certeza que vão jogar no máximo, ou além disso quando perceberem que você ficou 10 anos sem pagar 1 real de imposto. Dito isso, o seu plano deve estar praticamente infalível à falhas.
Daí, se você é CLT, e recebe um bom salário, em alguns lugares automaticamente já é descontado o valor do IR. Quando não, corre o risco de, ao longo do processo, determinarem o bloqueio parcial do que você recebe. Nisso, toda a sua operação já foi pro saco. Você não paga imposto, mas também já não recebe tudo que ganhava, e nada desse valor bloqueado será usado para abater a dívida, mas sim como "multa por continuidade do delito". Se você recebe por algum banco, logo logo vão decretar bloqueio da sua conta, mesmo que você pretenda receber no banco e de imediato colocar em outra coisa.
Nisso surge a dúvida, para os que saibam do assunto. É possível sonegar o Imposto de Renda, e ainda assim gozar dos benefícios de um cidadão que age dentro da norma (como possibilidade de contratar planos médicos; fazer contratos; adquirir bens; etc.)? Se sim, qual é o seu plano infalível para que isso aconteça, sem que você fique impedido de gastar dinheiro e possuir bens materiais? Me refiro também a possibilidade de viver com dignidade, podendo inclusive pagar 5 reais no pacote de pão sem precisar converter o padeiro a aceitar BTC.
Considere que você deve planejar como receber, gastar e transferir dinheiro; e considere que você deve se blindar contra o bloqueio de bens em seu nome. Também é bom considerar um plano financeiramente viável. De nada adianta uma estratégia para abrir 90 empresas off shore em paraísos fiscais, quando o custo de montar e de manutenção disso extrapola o valor do imposto.
