Finally starting on ‘Atomic Habits’.
I’m really looking forward to reading it after seeing so many good reviews.
I’ve read a few books over the years on the subject of habits, including ‘The power of Habit’ by Charles Duhigg and ‘Brainstorm: Harnessing the power of productive obsessions’ by Eric and Ann Maisel. Both of these were fascinating and it’s interesting to look back now on the impact they have had on me over the last 10+ years.
My intention in reading this book is to use it as an opportunity to assess and improve upon my current habits. Some previously good habits have fallen away while others have stayed with me, and no doubt I’ve gained a few bad habits.
Hopefully this book will motivate me to tweak some things that need changing. 🙂

这个计划总体来说三把火——
1，5000亿欧元专项投资工具，投资基建，其中1000亿分配给联邦各州；

离婚冷静期是婚姻制度失败这个问题中错误的靶子，真正的问题是房产加名和彩礼制度。我们先来看这个制度提出的背景。2010年时，它由我国女权口非常知名的委员提出。配图的报导也很详细的写了整个事情的来龙去脉。03年前本来就有一个月的审批期，之后取消了。
为什么要搞离婚冷静期？
说法上是年轻人冲动结婚离婚。可是这个讲法也不通啊。离婚了，随时可以再结婚。
问题在哪里？
这些冲动结婚离婚往往不涉及子女，那么离婚的核心问题就是钱。
过去的婚姻制度普遍涉及“分增量”，也就是夫妻结婚分成婚前和婚后财产。离婚的时候，就是分所谓的“夫妻共同财产”。但是这些冲动结婚离婚中，因为婚姻持续的时间很短，女性根本无钱可分。
2010年还有另一个背景，就是做了我国的第三次全国妇女地位调查。结果发现在我国女性普遍生育和做家务越来越少，同时学历越来越高的背景下，全国女性普遍的收入相比男性出现了大幅度的下跌。
离婚女性普遍再婚困难，收入又低，生活困难，怎么办？
在原先的婚姻制度下，只能分“夫妻共同财产”，也就是说女方只能分到和男方婚后的收入部分。年轻人没什么积蓄，就算全判决给女方也没多少钱。
所以在2011年，推出了影响极其深远，甚至可以说是改变了我国整个房地产结构的“房产加名”政策。当时立法时推出的，是“加名即赠予”。也就是说，通过房产加名，将夫妻双方父母（主要是男方父母）的财产绑定进入男女婚姻中。将他们父母的钱变成男女婚姻中的夫妻共同财产。
我国普通家庭，最重要的财产就是房产，这样一来，年轻人离婚的时候不就有钱可分了？他们爹妈积蓄一辈子的钱，变成房子，再通过房产加名，变成年轻男女共有。这样一来，离婚就有了足够的财产可分，可以帮助弱势女性获得财产，让她们在未来有足够的经济保障。
彩礼制度的设计也是同一个原理。将男女双方根据性别不同，设计不同的财产模式。男方在婚前给女方的是属于彩礼，满足一定条件后，属于女方的个人财产；女方父母给女方的属于嫁妆，是女方个人财产，与男方无关。那么冲动离婚后钱怎么算？
都是女方的。这样的制度运行，可以保证在财产上，女方结婚离婚肯定不吃亏。
可是钱都是有来源的。随着房地产的增量大幅度的减少，甚至买房出现普遍性的亏钱。那么现在给女方的补偿又要从哪里来呢？
这套制度现在运行不下去了。

最近公司加大了购买内存的进度，我预测啊，很多公司现在玩命搞知识库，内存的需求就要出来了，那种高速内存比如DDr5就要吃香了，SSD也需求也会增长，加上高端显卡的显存，比如H200上就用到了HBM3e。综上，我感觉美国那家做内存和显存的单位要火，而且现在DeepSeek一体机很火的4090显卡，5090显卡都用的他们家的显存。昨晚看到该厂股价走弱，忍不住抄了点底，长期看好。
