在面对犯罪、暴力或社会悲剧时，普通人的第一反应通常是愤怒、追责，并要求伸张正义。然而，在当今的世界里，政治意识形态正在吞噬人性，让真相成为某些政治利益的牺牲品。
在美国、欧洲和中国，我们看到不同形式的“沉默”：在美国，受害者害怕自己被舆论围攻，不敢揭露真相；在欧洲，政府和警方主动封锁犯罪信息，以维护政治正确；在中国，政府则以强硬手段全面镇压一切异见。尽管这些现象表面上不同，但本质上都是意识形态凌驾于真相之上的产物。
其中，最极端、最讽刺的案例，莫过于Amanda Kijera。

2010年，Amanda Kijera是一名左翼记者和社会活动家，长期为黑人男性权益奔走，坚信他们的负面形象是**“白人至上主义”塑造的刻板印象**。为了践行这一理念，她前往海地，希望用行动证明黑人男性遭受了不公正的污名化。
然而，就在她撰写一篇批评“针对女性的暴力被夸大”的文章时，她自己被一名黑人男性劫持并反复强暴。
换作常人，经历这样的创伤后，第一反应应该是愤怒、质疑甚至重新评估自己的世界观。但Kijera的反应却令人震惊——她没有谴责施暴者，反而将自己的遭遇归因于全球白人至上主义的压迫，并表示施暴者的愤怒只是“错误地投射到了她身上”。
她拒绝承认现实，拒绝承认自己所信仰的政治正确与现实世界的冲突。为了维持信仰，她宁愿让自己的受害经历变成意识形态叙事的一部分。这种对意识形态的忠诚，已经超越了基本的人性认知。
这并不是个例。在欧美和中国，政府和受害者家属出于不同的政治目的，都在主动或被迫地掩盖真相。但如果说美国的情况还只是舆论压力下的“自我审查”，那么欧洲的政府封锁模式已经越来越接近中国的官方维稳机制。

美国：舆论压力下的受害者沉默
在美国，受害者虽然有言论自由，但许多犯罪受害者家属的第一反应却是：“不要让右翼拿这个案件做文章”。
例如：
• 加州一名女孩被非法移民杀害后，她的父亲在采访中最担心的，竟然不是如何伸张正义，而是“川普可能会用这个案件来煽动仇外情绪”。
• 纽约地铁站发生的一起类似案件后，受害者家属公开声明：“我们的悲痛不应被右翼用作反移民的工具。”
这些案例显示，在美国，由于身份政治的影响，许多左翼人士认为，揭露非法移民犯罪可能会助长右翼的政策主张，因此他们宁可牺牲自己的权益，也要维护政治正确。
然而，尽管舆论压力巨大，受害者仍然有法律上的发声自由。但在欧洲，政府已经开始直接干预，主动封锁犯罪信息，使得真相的沉默不再仅仅是“受害者的选择”。

如果说美国的沉默是因为“害怕舆论”，那么欧洲的沉默是政府主动制造的。欧洲多国的政府和警方，出于政治正确的考量，刻意掩盖移民犯罪问题，以防止右翼势力获得政治筹码，这种模式已经开始像极了中国的言论控制体系。
1. 德国科隆跨年夜性侵案：警方选择隐瞒
2015年德国科隆跨年夜，上百名女性遭到移民群体的集体性侵，但警方和主流媒体在事件发生后集体保持沉默。直到社交媒体舆论爆发后，德国政府才被迫承认事实。后来的调查显示，警方早已掌握嫌犯的移民身份，但因为担心案件会被右翼利用，选择不向公众公布细节。
2. 瑞典性侵案件：警方长期掩盖数据
瑞典一直被认为是“最开放”的移民国家之一，但2014年和2015年夏天，多个音乐节上发生大规模性侵案件，受害者多为年轻女性，而嫌犯大多为移民群体。然而，警方在最初的调查中选择不公开案情，直到媒体曝光后才承认，他们担心这些事实被反移民组织用来扩大宣传，影响政府的移民政策。
3. 英国罗瑟勒姆性侵案：警方因“政治正确”放任犯罪
英国警方的做法更是令人发指。在罗瑟勒姆，一个以南亚移民为主的犯罪团伙，长达十几年对儿童实施性侵和人口贩卖，而警方早已掌握证据，但始终不敢采取行动。原因竟是担心被指控“种族主义”，最终导致1500多名未成年女孩沦为性奴。
这些案件表明，欧洲的政府已经从“保护公民”变成了“保护政治正确”。警方和政府官员害怕真相影响移民政策，宁可让犯罪者逍遥法外，也要避免“助长极右翼势力”。
这种现象，与中国政府在灾难发生后的舆论封锁模式如出一辙。

如果说欧洲政府的做法是为了维护政治正确，那么中国政府封锁信息的目的，则是为了维护政权稳定。
• 2008年汶川地震：豆腐渣工程导致无数学生死亡，家属要求追责，但政府不仅封锁信息，还派警察恐吓受害者家属，阻止他们接受外媒采访。
• 2022年贵州防疫大巴事故：政府严控信息，警告家属“顾全大局”，甚至抓捕试图发声的家属。
• 2023年河北洪灾：灾民们在面对外媒时异常警觉，生怕自己的受灾经历被“境外势力利用”，这种心理正是政府长期宣传“外部敌对势力”的结果。
与欧洲政府不同的是，中国政府的言论封锁不仅仅是掩盖真相，而是利用国家机器，对受害者及其家属实施直接打压，使他们完全丧失发声的能力。
欧洲正在向中国模式靠拢
在美国，受害者因舆论压力选择沉默。
在欧洲，政府直接封锁真相，防止移民犯罪被公开讨论。
在中国，政府维稳至上，强力镇压任何质疑声音。
欧洲的舆论控制已经不再是单纯的“政治正确”，而是向中国模式靠拢，政府正在主动制造“言论禁区”，让受害者的声音彻底消失。
当一个社会宁愿牺牲公民安全、封锁事实，也要维护政治利益时，它距离极权统治，就只剩一步之遥。
普通人被意识形态束缚，固然可悲，但政府主动剥夺人们接触真相的权利，才是真正的灾难。

I’ve noticed three distinct responses wrt the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
No-coiners: Totally unaware. Didn’t know it happened. Couldn’t tell you the current Bitcoin price either.
Bitcoin Tourists: Bummed the announcement didn’t instantly pump their bags. Anxious the top may be in this cycle. Considering selling some.
Real Bitcoiners: Euphoric, bullish, regardless of short term price action, knowing the long term paradigm shift to a Bitcoin standard is well underway.

习近平想要的“中国”，并不是我们现在看到的中国。
我们现在看到的中国是邓小平的政治遗产，是改开四十年的结果，是一个还卡在转型过程中进退两难，但已经离毛泽东的中国有相当远距离的社会。
它是“改开受益者”这个群体的财产，这群体在四十年中已发展得根深叶茂，既包括那些腐败官员和手套商人， 也包括终于摆脱了饥饿的农民工和城市底层。
当习近平想打造属于自己的“中国”时，即使他拥有伤害链主的一切权柄，他也不得不陷入和遍布全国上下的改开受益者的一番苦战，陷入抽象意义上的财产争夺。
要命的是他的个人能力离毛泽东太远，离邓小平太远，要命的是他根本不具备战略分析能力和足够的现实感。
所以习近平和现实中的中国格格不入。
他竭尽全力去追求他的理想，但他的一切努力只能成为对改开时期已经形成的社会发展趋势的干扰，只足够成为干扰，而不足以完成重塑。
从中共国近期的经济政策走向你就能看到这一点。
假如习近平真具备战略分析能力，真能明确自己的目标，他现在要做的就不是“抓经济”，而是调整维稳体系进入低成本状态并将其全面掌控在自己个人手中。
但他面对中共国当前的经济困境，明显不知所措。
他在放任部属们“想办法”，他仍然在沿用改开时代的宣传套路，夸耀政府在经济方面取得的成就，赞美电影《哪吒》的超高票房，还把DeepSeek的爆冷视为自己的政绩。
在以国内所有改开受益者为政敌的情况下，他完全没有要在中共国内部肃清改开时代思维方式的意识。
他也没有重视经济就等于给改开系添加政治砝码的概念。
他在和改开系抢“中国”，但连他自己都没有意识到这场争夺正在发生，所以他竟然让现实中国在相当程度上留在了改开系的手里，而这会直接导致他理想中的“中国”无法落地，他自己的政治影响力则随着理想褪色逐渐衰弱——当名义上拥有的权力无法通过“清晰指令被不断执行”兑现成个人意志对现实世界的影响力，当部属发现对他可以玩阳奉阴违敷衍塞责那套手段，领袖就迟早会成为一只“纸老虎”。
习近平这一路走来，在集权、揽权上成绩斐然，在用权上却乏善可陈。
纨袴败事虽有余，成事却不足，信哉。
而这样的他，即将带领中共走进新时代，一个欧洲会重铸剑魂，美国会“再次伟大”的新时代。
他根本就应付不来。
虽然美国可能会多给他一点时间。
川普同样正在试图重塑美国。
他理想中的美国，绝非现实中的美国，但限于学养，他似乎也无法理解二百多年前美国先贤们在创立这种前所未见的国家形态时到底在想什么。
我不怀疑他爱美国，但他是以一个理解美国立国精神的人的身份在爱，还是以一个民族主义者的身份在爱？
这其中有巨大差别。
美国是先贤们一手缔造的理想国，是人类有史以来最成功的民主实验，是全球商业帝国的首都，是人类文明“走出丛林”探险队的先头部队。
她达到了社科技术的顶峰，社群合作能力的顶峰，是影响力延伸到全球的超大规模长期合作的枢纽所在。
她不是一个传统意义上的强国，她需要的不仅仅是强大，幅员辽阔，四邻敬畏。
她一直走在前人未曾走过的道路上，这条路艰险而坎坷，一路盘旋上升，她需要的远不止是击退别人的威胁和挑战，更是自己的“不翻车”。
美国是个特殊的国家。
但川普似乎把她当成了一个普通的国家，他想给她普通国家需要的一切，想让她强大，想恢复贸易平衡，想减轻国民负担——美国政府的财政开支中有许多并没有用于美国本土，那让川普感到不公平。
如果美国真是个普通国家，他做得不算错。但美国不是。
美国是全球商业帝国的首都，是全世界的市场中心，是产业链阵营在二战后共同营建的安全保障。她享有首都的独特地位，也一直在承担首都的职责。
她受全球市场的滋养，也反哺全球。
美国的国民，在某种意义上实际是全球商业帝国首都的市民。
美国和世界其他国家的关系，实际上更类似于北京和中国其他城市和地区的关系。
但川普似乎不理解这一点。
所以在他寻求让美国获得象其他普通国家一样的“公平待遇”时，在他试图象驱赶“低端人口”一样驱赶移民时，他正在让美国丧失独特性。
这就象让北京不再承担首都职责一样。
如果他成功了，全球商业帝国就会“迁都”，世界格局将被重塑。许多需要搬迁到其他国家和地区的首都功能将受到影响，整个搬迁过程需要时间，也需要利益相关方的反复协商博弈。
如果他成功了，美国会变成他理想中的样子，但美国将不再是立国先贤们希望缔造的国家，将不再那么独特。
也许会仍是大国，仍是强国，但不再是个奇迹，不再是文明演进历程的引领者。
新的全球政治中心、全球文化中心会取代美国现有的地位。
如果川普成功重塑了美国，这就是接下来会发生的。
但他能做到吗？
很难。
也许更好的办法是折衷，是让听见了首都市民呼声的“川市长”接受一个既保障市民基本需要又兼顾首都职能的折衷方案。
一个更符合美国战略利益的方案。
