De modo geral, uma pequena parcela do estado fere o PNA (cobrando impostos, ou tomando a propriedade de uma forma ou de outra), e isso é feito de forma impessoal na maioria dos casos. Exceto por politicos, juizes e pessoa em alto escalão do governo, quase nenhum funcionário publico fere o PNA, e os cidadãos honestos muito menos. Então não faz sentido falar em punir 90% da população, seria punir menos de 1%.

Sorry mate, i'm not the one emotionally involved here! :-D Your posts are really agressive and emotional, while i'm trying hard not to laugh or make fun of them. That said, i'll try to explain to you like you are 5 years old:
1- Olas events are different because it makes it easier to build a picture only social network. It has a special structure that makes it easier to build a picture only social network.
You are arguing that it is possible to have a picture only social network using only kind 1 events. While it is possible, it is neither desirable nor efficient.
First, you'd have to parse all the events, including the non structured data inside the "contents" field, and check if it contains an image. This includes having to download the file linked to check if it is actually an image, just to decide if it will be presented to the user or not. While this is feasible, it is very far from efficient. Thus, using a different kind of event where the image data is structured in a way to make it easier to discover and process is way more efficient and productive.
Aside form that, making other clients aware that they do not need to process those events if they are not part of the picture only network is also a desirable feature, since people in a mostly textual network are not always interested in the same contents as people in a picture only social network.
The same applies, for example, to long form events. People on a short message network do not want to read blog posts. So there is a different event for those. You could use kind 1 events to write blog posts, but it is not a desirable feature.
But then, you know all that. You just want to complain and "be right"! I'll leave here my explanation for those who are willing to read it and understand why there are different events for different purposes, and leave you to complaining life, the universe and everything.

every event in nostr is similar, since they have to follow the same format template (content, signature, id, tags, etc). This does not mean they are used for the same thing.
A deletion event has the same amount of similarity to a kind 1 event as a kind 20 event has. Same goes for kind 0, kind 3, and every other event. It does not mean that they are the same, nor they should be treated the same by clients.
Similarities in form do not mean similarities in use or function.

I just finished reading this to my kids and it is hot trash. The story has no moral lessons, the characters are cruel and mistreat each other and there is no coherent story line to tie it all together. I was expecting so much more from a classic but it read like the diary of someone taking multiple incompatible drugs and wandering about dehydrated and confused for a weekend. I do not understand the appeal.

Again, it's up to people to decide what is right and wrong and act on it; I'm merely pointing out that you don't have to look up to some higher entity to allow you to do so or dictate the dichotomy. If the whole world thought murdering people was right, they would act on that and it would be seen as normal, but it wouldn't win out as an ideology for humanity over time as it leaves the world with less people working together. The outcomes over the long-run realize what was "right" and "wrong."
And I also don't believe in utopia (at least not in this life) but humanity trends towards more and more cooperation despite the pain along the way. As physical beings, we don't have the foresight or understanding to allow our ego to dissolve and stop focusing highly on our individual existence, but very very slowly we're making our way there.
