2. 用贸易政策换取地缘政治利益
冷战时期，美国用贸易政策拉拢盟友，巩固全球霸权。
• 二战后，美国为了对抗苏联，允许欧洲、日本、韩国等盟友享受低关税、低贸易壁垒，以帮助它们复苏经济，抵御共产主义渗透。
• 日本和欧洲的崛起，很大程度上是美国故意让利，用经济利益换取政治忠诚，建立全球盟友体系。
• 这也是为什么欧洲汽车对美国出口有**10%对2.5%**的税率差异，日本对美国的农产品设限，但美国对日本汽车开放市场——美国把市场开放作为维系盟友的手段。
但冷战结束后，这种策略就开始失效：
• 欧洲、日本经济已经强大，却仍然保持对美国的不公平贸易政策。
• 中国在加入WTO后，持续占美国便宜，不但没有完全开放市场，反而继续利用“发展中国家”待遇获得更高关税保护，甚至补贴本国企业，导致大量美国制造业流失。
• 墨西哥、越南等国家成了美国企业转移生产的避税天堂，美国制造业不断流出。
川普的政策就是要终结这种“用经济换外交”的思维，不再让美国的市场成为盟友或竞争对手的福利，而是要求所有国家公平竞争。
3. 全球化的赢家是美国精英，而不是普通美国人
过去几十年，美国的自由贸易政策虽然让跨国公司赚得盆满钵满，但普通美国工人和制造业却是最大的输家：
• 制造业外流：工厂搬到中国、墨西哥、东南亚，美国工人失业。
• 贸易逆差扩大：美国每年进口比出口多，钱一直流向外国。
• 贫富差距扩大：大公司通过海外供应链压低成本，CEO和股东赚大钱，而普通工人没有工作，生活成本反而更高。
而主导这些政策的，恰恰是华尔街金融机构、硅谷科技巨头和跨国公司，他们有能力适应全球化，利用自由贸易赚取巨额利润，而普通劳动者却没有办法跟随资本的全球流动。
川普当年能赢，就是因为他直接挑战了这一点，代表了被全球化抛弃的铁锈带工人，提出“美国优先”和“公平贸易”的口号，承诺要改变这种不公平的体系。
4. 维持不对等税率的结果：美国成为全球冤大头
在全球化的游戏规则下，美国的市场就像一个无门槛的超市：
• 世界各国可以自由地把商品卖到美国，享受低关税、甚至零关税待遇。
• 但美国企业如果想进入这些国家市场，却要面对高关税、政策限制、技术壁垒等各种障碍。
• 最终结果是，美国市场成了“全球提款机”，世界各国都来薅美国羊毛，美国自身却没得到多少好处。
举个例子：
• 中国对美国进口汽车征收25%关税，但美国对中国汽车只征2.5%。
• 欧盟对美国农产品设置高关税，但美国对欧洲食品基本无税。
• 墨西哥对美国制造品仍有部分关税，但墨西哥制造业却享受零关税进入美国。
长期下来，美国每年进口远超出口，贸易逆差年年扩大，制造业空心化。
川普上台后就认为，这种规则不合理，应该彻底翻盘，让世界重新适应美国设定的公平贸易规则。
5. 终结不对等关税，美国会更强吗？
从川普的角度来看，终结不对等关税，将会带来几个好处：
1. 减少贸易逆差，阻止资金外流，保护美国的产业和就业。

What Gzuuus and DBTH are doing with DVMCP is ready to go. You can launch an instance any of the 100 or so MCP servers that exist, attach a DVMCP instance, and be serving a tool over Nostr relays, write a 31990, reading 5910 and writing 6910 automatically.
For what I've done adding a DVM workflow to an agent. I've built it as a proof of concept in n8n. I'm not sure what is the next step.
Should I open source the n8n workflows?

New area of research: judicial review. Amazing how an entire power for the Supreme Court was invented out of nowhere... by the Supreme Court itself! Who gets to decide that it was allowed to do so? The Supreme Court, of course, they said so!
Oh, and we'll kinda add in all federal judges too, just for fun.
I reference Robert Barnes later in the thread, if you aren't familiar with him, he's a great source of information on a lot of topics, but especially legal analyses from an originalist/libertarian style position. (I think, I haven't heard him use either of those terms, but they _seem_ to fit.)
