让我们重新梳理一下对这个世界的认识和对我们自身处境的认识：
文明演化令每个人都被卷入了双链争持，卷入了从文明1.0也就是匮乏模式向文明2.0也就是繁荣模式的切换。
这是复杂系统在两种稳态之间的切换。
具体的转变，是“铁三角”的切换，是社会的经济、文化、政治三重自维持机制，从旧文明模式， 向新文明模式的更新。
人们由此被卷入了历史性的经济更新、文化更新和政治更新。
在这样的历史时刻，人们发现自己不得不适应谋生方式的转变、文化观念的转变和政治环境的转变。
尤其是，在变化快速的时代，这样的转变令正大量处于中年或者说壮年的人们，因为要适应职场的新要求，要适应老年父母来自旧文明观念的索求和少年儿女来自新文明观念的需求，应接不暇，陷入无法言说的个人困境。
他们不明白他们的困境来自何处。
我可以告诉你们，这困境来自大局，来自两种文明稳态在未完成切换时，在经济、文化、政治三重自维持机制之间的拉扯。
在中共国你可以非常清晰的看到，在习近平偏爱的计划经济和在改开时代蓬勃发展起来的民营经济之间的拉扯——这是经济层面的。
在欧美列国你可以很直观地看到，由伤害链国家移民们带来的文化冲击，在多元共容大旗下被纵容的伤害行径，尤其是对妇孺的伤害，把孩子往伤害者方向培养的家庭教育，与欧美本土文化，重视家庭成员彼此之间的尊重和爱这类观念间的拉扯。
在政治领域，你可以看到专制对民主的侵蚀，更可以看到许多发展中国家的生产者一次次发起对暴政的抗争。
在宏观层面，只要你稍为留意，你就能看到无数关于双链争持，三重自维持机制互相拉扯的证据。
在那些“铁三角”不配套的地区，在旧的自维持机制已经动摇，新的自维持机制还未完全稳定下来的地区，争吵争论是常态，动荡不安是常态。
在那些“铁三角”不配套的家庭，或是同时居住生活着归属两种“铁三角”的两代、三代人的家庭，同样如此。
一份体制内工作或是来自体制的退休收入，加上一脑子的党文化，配合上对中共政权的耿耿忠心，就是一副存在于老年人身心中的“铁三角”。
一份外企或民企的工作，一脑子的现代观念，加上对民主、法治的向往，就是一副存在于年轻人身心中的“铁三角”。
不论拥有哪种“铁三角”的人都可以活得逻辑自洽。
但没有形成“铁三角”的人是彷徨的。
既渴望旧铁三角又捞不着一份体制内工作的人是彷徨的。既渴望民主法治也没法润到海外，更没法停止“啃老”的人同样是彷徨的。
彷徨在于，在这样具体而微的个人处境里，你仍然处于双链争持的磨心，你没有形成自己的稳态。
让我告诉你出路是什么。
你知道我是倾向于产业链逻辑的，但我要告诉你的是，想摆脱彷徨，你需要的只是选择一个稳态而不一定是选择文明2.0。
如果走向文明1.0对你来说更容易。
如果你个人的经济基础与中共牢牢绑定，如果你的观念大多数源自党文化，源自中共的教育和宣传部门，那么忠诚于中共就能让你活得逻辑自洽，这也是许多体制内官员、手套商人、伪中产们的人生选择。
但如果你已经身在海外，如果你已经接受了一些现代文明观念，那么忠诚于中共只会让你和自己的环境格格不入，只会让你在内心陷入迷茫。
这个世界的大势会影响每一个人。
但反过来，每一个人的处境也会汇合凝聚成世界大势。
你可以看到那些陷入动荡的国家，那些徘徊歧路的族群，他们“不稳定”的真正原因，都是他们已经部分的脱离了旧稳态，却还没有形成新稳态，他们在经济、文化、政治这三个方面已经完成的变革还没能形成“铁三角”式的搭配。
但要直接倒退回原点，似乎又已不可能。
因为人口。
因为当任何族群通过经济上的转变，成功养活了比旧模式更多的人口后，直接倒退回到原来的稳态，也就是不仅在文化、政治上回到过去，也在经济上，在谋生方式上回到过去，意味着这个国家或者族群必须把已经增长的人口“还回去”。
因为你懂的，通常一块旧大陆，在使用旧的耕作技术时，只能养活很少的一点人。
而且那时的人口数量，就是在那种生产方式下社会能承载的极限。
在所有被卷入双链争持大局，又还没能进入新稳态的国家与地区，你都会看到，当这样的社会试图“回到过去”时，当地人的生存空间，当然，主要是底层的生存空间，受到极限挤压。
因为所有多出生的人口，所有因为采用了产业链生产方式而曾被欢欣鼓舞地迎接到这个世界上来的人口，都要“还回去”。
这就是回到旧铁三角的代价，是在经济层面恢复旧的自维持机制的代价。
我不会跟你谈理想，喊口号。
朋友，我只告诉你事实，我只向你谈逻辑。
我只能告诉你，生在今天的地球上，你无法置身事外，在从家庭到社区到国家层面你都只能在两种“铁三角”里选择其一，并极力促成你所选的“铁三角”进入稳态，以求让你自己过上一种更稳定的生活。
我只能告诉你，不论懂不懂这些理论人们都会本能的去做，去打造属于自己的铁三角，接受和自己经济状况适配的文化观念，支持能保障自己经济需求的政府。如果你不在这场自维持机制的拉扯中发出自己的声音，你就有可能被裹挟。

-100 heel lift while brushing teeth.
-2 minutes of cold water after a hot shower.
-Make bed after shower
-10,000+ steps
-No food until 2pm, break with steak then single ingredient foods the rest of the day.
-Lifting, 1-2 exercises, 3-4 sets each
-Read a chapter of a paper book (currently The Big Print by nostr:npub1d3f4m9dgvkdjxn26pqzsxn6lpfn78sxwllxyt8mp76q0a9zyyjlswhr4xv )
-Read to and play a board game with each of my kids
-Talk face-to-face with a neighbor of friend
-10-30 minutes practice pencil drawing
-10 minute red light
-10 squats (body weight) while brushing my teeth at night.
