O que ameaça a segurança alimentar são as políticas públicas.
De certo que criar legislações que impedem quem produz vender, que impede quem compra vender e no final favorece monopólios. Como o que vem acontecendo no Brasil com a regulação dos ovos em favoritismo a determinado conglomerados comercial.
Assim como legislações recentes que impedem o consumo de alimentos que fazem o uso de pesticidas, que falam de alimentos orgânicos quando é conveniente.
Assim como muitas políticas que falavam que os painéis fotovoltaicos eram o futuro, quando se vem tendo redução dos lucros e autonomia energética das famílias arrumam um jeito de boicotar toda uma nação em prol do favoritismo e propina.
Não acredito em nenhum discurso que preguem falando de alimentos transgênicos para acabar com a fome, comer insetos para acabar com a fome ou qualquer outro discurso pífio. Não passam de enganadores lucrando com a fome e o desespero de uma nação.
