Less than 10 relays (because of the bug)
You want a few big relays like damus or nos.lol, a few paid relays like wine or the filter (if you want). Some smaller like nostr.land or WoT. I like to have utxo’s news relay. And purplepages (for dsiscoverability) and hist.nostr.lan for backups. Last 2 aren’t necessary. I just find they make my life easier

se for 40 mil de uma herança, vc paga o imposto antes de receber, e precisa apresentar o comprovante pro juiz para ele emitir o alvará que te permitirá transferir aquilo pro seu nome. E é outro imposto: ITCMD.
Se for doação, também é o ITCMD que tem de pagar. E não tem declaração anual. Só o pagamento da guia no momento da doação ou herança.
Se for 40 mil de salário, ai vc faz a declaração anual.
Tem mais um zilhão de situações que eu não contemplei, até porque nem conheço todas.
Enfim, tudo depende de onde vem esse dinheiro.
