I streamed this video to test out the new streaming software I download moving from OBS to Meld Studio. 前些天聊了会儿婚房价格和婚恋条件的强耦合，有一条评论是这么说的：
“婚房基本上是女性的普遍需求，或者说社会的普遍共识。北上广深最低 500w，一般 1000w。杭州最低 200w，一般 500w。但随着女性年龄超过 30 接近 40 岁，这个期望会迅速下降。”
当然，这里特指 “婚恋条件中上” 的大城市女性。什么叫中上呢？1、外形中上（7 分以上），2、家庭条件中上（在大城市有不错的房产），3、职业中上（年薪二三十万向上，或社会地位折算为同等年薪）。这就是婚恋条件中上。如果单项特别突出的话，其他两项也不是必要条件。
婚恋条件中上的女生，对婚姻生活的预期是住在比较好的小区和房子里，这很合理的。就算暂时接受差一点的小区和房子，也会希望只是过渡，迟早会换更好的。
什么是好一点的小区和房子呢？拿我比较熟的上海和成都举例子，按现在的房价，上海外环 1000 万，成都大约 300 多万。
我在上海住过外环的老小区老房子，的确环境一般，就这样也要 6 万一平。婚恋条件中上的女生应该会希望这辈子有更高的生活质量。
那么，就算是 1000w 的上海婚房吧，男方有几种达到的可能性：
1、买房很早，2016 年房价起飞前上车
2、家庭支持，经济扶持
3、个人收入优越，年入百万+ 并且可持续十年以上
4、女方同意先买套差点的婚房，比如 500w，以后再换更好的
理论上，还有第五种可能性，就是女方家庭也承担一部分购房费用，比如 1/3，反正婚房是夫妻共有财产。虽然这种情况也存在，但我要特意引用评论区一位网友的发言：
“上海婚恋市场，要女生出钱一起买房子，这是要被挂小红书骂一年的，男生普遍默认女方哪怕有 1000w 也跟自己没关系。”
虽然现实中这件事是可以谈的，但社交媒体满大街都是 “挂小红书骂一年”，难免给人心理阴影。
如果真心要找这样的对象，就像是女方征婚条件中加一条 “身高 1 米 85 以上”，提高匹配难度的同时承担小基数带来的匹配概率暴跌。
划重点：大多数婚恋条件中上的女生会想，我这么好，为什么要委屈自己。
总之，结婚对男性来说竞争与压力越来越大，对女性来说反复强调生育与家务成本，真的，不婚不育保平安。至少在社交媒体评论区保平安。
还有人说，那你选择只要求上海 500w 婚房的女生不行吗？不选 “婚恋条件中上” 的女生不行吗？
这就像是高考时跟人说，其实成都理工大学也可以，不是一定要考川大的。
不不不，能竞争的话还是想考川大的。
拿我举例子，我为此宁肯从上海滚回成都……我在上海买不起好一点的婚房，但成都可以啊。于是在成都的婚恋竞争力翻倍。
你想，自然界也是雄性有筑巢能力才能吸引雌性。
很多人为此跟我谈理论，谈性吸引力可以让女方降低婚房标准。憋谈理论了，婚房就是硬门槛！我这辈子就没见过婚恋条件中上的女生愿意在上海住一辈子老小区老房子，见都没见过！
更惨的是，就算一开始遇到了这样的（婚恋条件中上，为爱自降身价的）女生，随着柴米油盐生活琐碎，当初吸引她的那些东西不断贬值，总有一天被戳脊梁骨 “我当初瞎了眼才跟你过这种日子”……
网友：理论上，纯银找一位旗鼓相当的，同时婚恋条件中上的女生组建家庭，各出一半，加起来就够得着上海 1000w 婚房了。
我：意淫伤身。
中产阶级的财富，主要放在房产里。有一套不错的婚房，才能吸引婚恋条件不错的女性。在这个前提下，哪怕在上海，稳定的四五十万年薪也有择偶竞争力。所以婚房比中等收入更重要也更难得多。没这个的话，谈恋爱容易，结婚难，稳定的长期婚姻更难。
