Let me ask this another way: is there a product to pay kids allowance in Bitcoin that allows them to spend it. Like a prepaid debit card linked to a hot wallet where I as the admin can add sats to their sat balance and they can move sats over to dollars when they want to spend them on something. Ideally the UX would reward savings and teacher financial literacy.

在叙利亚的阳光下，一群孩子挤在一起，眼神坚定，或天真，或茫然。他们的头上绑着印有阿拉伯文的黑色头巾，手里握着AK步枪，身后是一面黑底白字的旗帜。这不是某个普通的儿童军训营，而是一场残酷命运的缩影——这些孩子，有些可能还未学会流利地朗读《古兰经》，却已经成为圣战者的幼苗。
这些孩子来自遥远的新疆。他们的父母、长辈或许是当年逃离中共镇压的人，也可能是曾经只想为民族争取一席之地的独立追求者。但在命运的洪流中，他们最终被卷入了一场与原本意愿相去甚远的战斗。从民族解放的理想主义，到今天的极端圣战，这段演变的轨迹，令人叹息，也令人警惕。
从民族独立到圣战
新疆的维吾尔民族主义曾有一段光明正大的历史。二十世纪初，维吾尔人两次尝试建立独立国家，虽然短暂，但至少目标清晰，那就是挣脱外来统治，建立属于自己的国家。即便在1949年之后，新疆被纳入中华人民共和国，这种独立诉求依然未曾消失。在1980-90年代，维吾尔人的抗争更多是针对汉族移民政策、宗教打压和经济边缘化的反应，表现为示威、抗议，甚至是零星的暴力行动，但依旧属于一种“民族解放运动”的范畴。
然而，2001年的“911事件”改变了一切。中国政府借着“全球反恐”的浪潮，将新疆的民族抗争运动一概归为“恐怖主义”，在西方世界的冷漠目光下，大规模镇压开始了。宗教学校被关闭，清真寺受到监控，伊斯兰文化被压缩到最低限度。这样的镇压不仅没有根除反抗，反而促使一些维吾尔人走向极端——如果他们无法通过政治手段赢得自由，就只能诉诸暴力。
与此同时，阿富汗和巴基斯坦成为了避风港。在美军入侵塔利班之后，许多维吾尔难民进入这一地区，部分人与基地组织建立联系，并最终形成了后来臭名昭著的**“突厥斯坦伊斯兰党”（TIP）**。TIP的目标，至少在表面上，仍然是建立东突厥斯坦国，但其手段已经完全转向全球圣战模式。他们不再只是反抗中共，而是成为基地组织体系的一部分，接受全球圣战的意识形态，并逐步扩展到中亚和中东战场。
叙利亚：圣战者的试炼场
2011年叙利亚内战爆发，全球的圣战组织开始聚集于此，维吾尔人也不例外。TIP的成员通过土耳其进入叙利亚，加入了基地组织旗下的“努斯拉阵线”，并在伊德利卜省建立了一片维吾尔人聚居的战士社区。那里不仅是战斗训练营，还是他们的“家园”——战士们带着家眷定居，他们的孩子就在战场边长大。
于是，便有了我们开头所见的画面——一群在枪林弹雨中成长的维吾尔儿童，他们的世界没有教科书，只有《古兰经》和步枪。他们不再是民族独立的见证者，而是全球圣战的新生力量。他们学到的，不是如何在联合国发声，而是如何射击、如何在圣战中“殉道”。
但维吾尔人与圣战组织的结合并非毫无裂痕。当ISIS在2014年迅速崛起，许多圣战者倒向这个新兴的“哈里发国”，但TIP并未完全加入ISIS，而是继续忠于基地组织。这一分裂并非偶然，而是反映了两个不同的愿景：TIP依旧希望建立一个以维吾尔人为主的伊斯兰国家，而ISIS则追求全球性的哈里发统治。尽管如此，部分维吾尔战士还是投入ISIS旗下，并在2017年放出视频，扬言要把“圣战带回新疆”。
这无疑让中共找到了进一步镇压的借口。2017年起，“再教育营”计划正式实施，上百万维吾尔人被关押，而TIP在中东的战斗也逐渐陷入困境。2018年，俄罗斯和叙利亚政府军对伊德利卜发动攻势，TIP受到重创。而在阿富汗，塔利班重新掌权后，受到中共压力，开始清剿维吾尔武装分子，迫使他们逃往巴基斯坦或东南亚。
这一切，值得吗？
维吾尔人的抗争，曾经是为自由而战，但如今却被圣战意识形态所吞噬。一部分人仍在试图以政治手段发声，但另一部分人，却在枪口下培养着下一代战士。这让我陷入深深的困惑。
我一直坚定地支持维吾尔人反抗中共的暴政，画过许多作品揭露新疆的集中营、文化灭绝、强制劳动，我相信他们有权利决定自己的命运。但当我看到这些孩子——那些在伊德利卜举着步枪，口中呼喊圣战誓言的孩子——我不得不问：如果维吾尔人的独立，最终通往的是一个类似ISIS的哈里发国，那这一切，真的值得吗？

In addition to now mastering Bossa Touhou, my third album, I'm working on a 7-10 track album of what's called Happy Hardcore EDM (a form of 90's EDM that was popular in Germany, the Netherlands and parts of the UK), since I was able to find some VSTs and SF2 files that would be befitting of the time (sounds of a Juno 106, Korg M1, Jupiter 8, Some TR-909 sounds and so on; mostly what was found in the 90's during this time).
Because I was testing these out when I made something fire, I decided to call this EP the VST Test, and each session will be "Session N" (Where N is the track number, nothing more to it). That's how I will name these tracks, and I intend on doing a mix in order for these tracks once I go ahead and get it done using Mixxx, the open-source alternative to the likes of Rekordbox and Serato. I'm excited to finally be experimenting in more musical genres I hadn't heard of and testing out in the future (maybe if I get some DJ gear compatible with Mixxx I could do a gig in an area that's not a city).
I don't know when I'll be releasing the VST Test yet, but once I do, I'll have my sights set to go full steam ahead on this release.

Nice! Sounds like you more than made your money worth for the trouble. I'm on the opposite side of things with hardware... building expensive hardware and then donating or selling it for a fraction of the price that I've bought it for 🤣. Nowadays I don't have room at home for server racks, but when I move somewhere nicer I may start to have a look at hardware auctions here in the UK :).
By the way, this whole conversation has reminded me of this (now pretty old) video. Worth watching for sure. Kiddo is running a mainframe at home lol.

Threat intelligence company GreyNoise warns that a critical PHP remote code execution vulnerability that impacts Windows systems is now under mass exploitation.
Tracked as CVE-2024-4577, this PHP-CGI argument injection flaw was patched in June 2024 and affects Windows PHP installations with PHP running in CGI mode. Successful exploitation enables unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code and leads to complete system compromise following successful exploitation.
