Dogs are generally comfortable and relaxed off leash. Large dogs are also comfortable and relaxed on leash. But small dogs... not comfortable on leash! Because of that leash, they know that they cannot run away if a big aggressive dog comes at them. So they yip yip yip in panic and fear, always nervous, hoping all that barking will scare away any big dog that might come after them... even when there aren't any big dogs coming after them!
I have a new nick name for such a dog in such a situation: A "European" dog.

I'm a big fan of WWII history, and this telling of the story of Operation Mincemeat is the most interesting and compelling that I've seen. Pretty much nobody knows this story, but it marked the beginning of the end of Hitler's Nazi regime. Given the sensational details, I'm actually surprised nobody has made it into a movie. This is about a 25min video, but it's well worth watching.

I'm still skeptical any of this will happen this cycle, to be on the record.
We haven't even seen major corporate adoption yet. And yes, I get the argument that corporations needed a green light from the government, but you'd think there'd at least be a few more than MSTR and some low caps.
BUT if it does - $1M this year is easily in play.

上周五发生在杭州某三甲医院的事，让整个医疗圈炸开了锅。38岁的程序员老张拿着DeepSeek（深度求索）的诊断报告，硬生生把从业二十年的呼吸科主任逼到当场翻《诊疗指南》。这事儿简直离谱他妈给离谱开门——你永远想不到，最先在专业领域被AI掀翻桌子的，居然是穿白大褂的。
老张咳了三个月没见好。从社区诊所看到专家门诊，止咳糖浆喝了十几瓶，CT做了三回，连支气管镜都捅过两遍。主任医师捏着片子在观片灯前比划："典型的气道高反应，按咳嗽变异性哮喘治准没错。"
可老张偏不信邪。这码农出身的病人掏手机当场调出DeepSeek医疗版，AI给出的诊断赫然写着"胃食管反流性咳嗽"。主任当时脸就绿了——见过杠精，没见过带着AI来杠的。
现场那叫一个修罗场。老张当场翻出AI列出的七条鉴别诊断依据，什么夜间平卧加重、无季节性规律、抗酸治疗有效，把主任问得直冒冷汗。最绝的是这哥们儿真就按AI说的，自费买了盒奥美拉唑，三天后咳喘直接消停。
这事儿在医生群里都传疯了。有人骂老张是医闹新变种，更多年轻医生偷偷下载了AI软件。某三甲医院的规培生跟我说实话："现在看门诊，兜里不揣个AI心里直发虚。上次有个皮疹病人，要不是AI提醒，我差点把带状疱疹当湿疹治了。"
但事情远没这么简单。消化科老主任拍桌子骂街："AI懂个屁的望闻问切！"呼吸科那边更绝，直接把AI诊断纳入疑难病例讨论流程。最魔幻的是医务处连夜发通知，严禁在诊室使用第三方医疗AI——结果第二天就被病人投诉到卫健委。
深扒才发现，这套系统训练数据啃完了近五年全球核心期刊，连《新英格兰医学杂志》的增刊都没放过。有医生做过盲测，20个疑难病例AI对了17个，专家组平均才中12个。现在不少年轻大夫查房都带着平板，美其名曰"移动会诊"。
当白大褂遇见算法，这场对决没有赢家。老张的咳嗽是好了，可医疗圈的震荡才刚刚开始。下次去医院，您猜我们会先挂专家号，还是先问AI？要我说，这年头看病得双修——左手《内科学》，右手 deepseek ，保不齐哪天AI真能给你开个专家号。
