ما دفعني لكتابة هذا المقال القصير هو تكرار الحوارات بيننا في المساحات الصوتية على تويتر X حول نفس الموضوع مرات عديدة، ففضّلت أن أكتب شيئًا مبسطًا يمكن الرجوع إليه عند تكرار النقاش. عادةً، تدور بيننا وبين بعض الإخوة نقاشات حول ما هو النظام الاقتصادي الأفضل، حيث يحاول الجميع الدفاع عن أفكارهم وكأنهم كبار الاقتصاديين أو مدراء البنوك المركزية ! 😁
حقيقةً، نحن كأفراد لا نستطيع تغيير النظام الاقتصادي العالمي سواء أعجبنا أم لم يعجبنا.
حتى الدول العظمى عجزت عن تغييره، فما بالك بأفراد بسطاء مثلنا؟
لكن ما يمكننا فعله هو محاولة فهم مبسّط لكيفية عمل هذا النظام، حتى نتفادى ضرره علينا ونستفيد منه لزيادة ثرواتنا وقوتنا الشرائية.
كيف يعمل النظام المالي العالمي؟
ببساطة مفرطة، يعتمد النظام الاقتصادي والمالي العالمي على الاقتصاد الكينزي (Keynesian Economics)، والذي يقوم على:
1. طباعة مفرطة للنقود الورقية دون توقف.
2. فائده منخفضة لفترات زمنية طويلة.
3. تضخم مستمر ومخطط له.
4. إغراق بالديون بشكل متواصل.
كيف يضر هذا النظام الأفراد؟
المدخرات النقدية تفقد قوتها الشرائية مع مرور الزمن، حيث تشتري كمية أقل من السلع بسبب التضخم الناتج عن الطباعة المفرطة للنقود، مما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع الأسعار.
مثال:
لديك 100 ألف، والتضخم السنوي في دولتك 5%. بعد سنة، ستظل ترى الرقم نفسه، ولكن قيمته الحقيقية وقوته الشرائية ستصبح 95 ألفًا فقط، وتستمر في التآكل سنويًا. بعد 10 سنوات، قد تصبح القوة الشرائية لنفس المبلغ 50 ألفًا فقط مقارنةً بالماضي.
مثال آخر:
سعر هاتف الآيفون الفئة العليا في عام 2015 كان حوالي 750 دولارًا.
اليوم، في عام 2025، أصبح سعره 1499 دولارًا.
بمعنى آخر، تضاعف سعر الهاتف بنسبة 100%، أو بالأحرى، فقد الدولار الأمريكي 50% من قوته الشرائية خلال هذه الفترة. فما بالك بالعملات الورقية الحكومية الأخرى، التي تعاني من تضخم أعلى وانخفاض أكبر في قيمتها؟
كيف تحافظ على القوة الشرائية لمدخراتك؟
ببساطة: اشترِ الأصول، وحوّل أي أموال نقدية تحصل عليها إلى أصول.
لماذا الأصول؟
لأن الأصول تمتص آثار الطباعة النقدية، وترتفع قيمتها مع مرور الزمن، مما يحافظ على قوتك الشرائية ويقاوم التضخم.
ما هي الأصول؟
1. الذهب والفضة (المال الذي تعارفت عليه البشرية منذ 5000 سنة).
2. العقارات (خصوصًا التجارية والزراعية، وبنسبة أقل السكنية).
3. أسهم الشركات التي تحقق نموًا حقيقيًا وعوائد، (وليست شركات المضاربة الفاشلة).
4. اللوحات الفنية والساعات الفاخرة والتحف (رغم عدم قناعتي بها، لكنها تُعتبر أصولًا).
5. البيتكوين (سيد الأصول من وجهة نظري المتواضعه).
الآن دورك أن تبحث وتقرر أي الأصول يناسبك للاستثمار فيه. وإذا كنت تمتلك رأس مال جيدًا، فمن الأفضل أن تنوّع بين الأصول.
لكن انتبه! يجب أن تراجع أداء الأصول على مدى السنوات الماضية، وتقارن بينها لتحديد الأصل الأفضل أداءً. (راجع الصورة أدناه، التي توضّح مقارنة بين الأصول).
تجربتي الشخصية:
بعد دراسة طويلة، توصلت إلى أن البيتكوين هو الأصل الأفضل أداءً خلال الـ 15 سنة الماضية.
إضافةً إلى مزاياه الفريدة التي لا تتوفر في الأصول الأخرى، مثل:
1.الندرة المطلقة.
2.اللامركزية وعدم وجود طرف ثالث متحكم.
3.سهولة حفظ ونقل القيمة عبر الجغرافيا والزمن بلا حدود.
لهذه الأسباب، فإن أغلب استثماري في البيتكوين، مع تخصيص نسبة أقل للأصول الأخرى.
لكن انتبه!
لا تفهم من كلامي أنني أقول إنه يجب عليك شراء البيتكوين. أنت غير ملزم بذلك إذا لم تكن مقتنعًا به. بل حتى لو كنت لا تحبه، المهم أن تستثمر في أصول أخرى تقتنع بها غير البيتكوين تحميك من تآكل القوة الشرائية، بدلاً من الاحتفاظ بمدخراتك كنقود ورقية تفقد قيمتها مع مرور الزمن.
الخلاصة
اهرب من النقود الورقية إلى الأصول للحفاظ على قوتك الشرائية ومقاومة التضخم.
اجعل استثمارك في الأصول تدريجيًا وعلى فترات منتظمة بمبلغ محدد، للحصول على أفضل متوسط سعري بمرور الزمن (Dollar Cost Averaging - DCA).
ولا تنسَ:
✔ إخراج زكاة المال.
✔ تجنب الربا المحرم بكل ما أوتيت من قوة.
✔ الابتعاد عن المضاربات والتداولات السريعة.
✔ عدم الاستثمار في الأصول الوهمية (الأسهم الخاسرة أو العملات الاحتيالية Scam coins).
✔ عدم البحث عن الثراء السريع، لأنه غير موجود.
✔ تبنّي نظرة استثمارية بعيدة المدى.
