Fantastic guide
To add some things here.
If you want to avoid any tie to you you shouldn't flash it at home because as soon as you turn your mobile phone on it sends IMEI etc to the cell towers and that data connects all parts. IMEI with your home address.
When it's flashed deactivate 2G, Bluetooth when not needed, WiFi when not needed. You also want to switch off time sync.
If you want to go further with your privacy than don't install any sim card in your privacy phone. Switch on Airplane mode and use WiFi via another phone hotspot or mobile router. That also avoids possible DNS leaks when you use a VPN.

I have this strange feeling of accomplishment and self-confidence and uncertainty. I'm 52. The kids are grown and out of the house. I have a huge list of publications and a certificate that I'm fully qualified to get hired as a professor in the German sense of the word. And I have no job after the end of this month. Yeah, the fun second half of show with aliens and goofy stuff was a nice balance.
The last show I listened to was last fall before the elections and it was basically three hours of nothing.

Astronomers have needed multiple observatories over multiple nights to pin down an asteroid's orbit, but a new technique can drop that down to a single night from a single telescope. Some authors whose eBooks I want to buy, sell their eBooks only on Amazon.
That's a shame, as I'd prefer to buy directly from them, in a DRM-free format, but I will tolerate buying the book from Amazon and dealing with it myself.
If Amazon removes the ability to download eBooks and transfer them via USB, I won't be able to buy from those authors.
