Funciona mais ou menos assim.
Suponha que você quer comprar uma moto do seu Zé e ele lhe pediu
5000 mil estalecas, já que quer comprar dois cavalos que custam 2500 estalecas.
Só que você só tem apenas 4.546,00 estalecas.
Então você vai até o banco, que te oferece a possibilidade de você deixar esses 4.546,00 estalecas com eles por 1 ano e no final ele te pagará 10% de juros, o que dará, 454,60, logo você terminará com 5000,60, o suficiente para comprar a moto. Você aceita.
Ocorre que o banco é próximo do impressor das estalecas. Para cada 454,60 estalecas de juros que que ele deve, o impressor imprime e injeta no banco 3x isso. E o banco empresta para outros agentes da economia, inclusive para o cada que vende alfafa, para o dono do estabulo onde estão os cavalos que o seu zé deseja comprar vendendo a moto pra ti.
Ao final de um ano, tu pega os 5k e procura o seu zé. Só que ele diz que ao longo do ano tudo ficou mais caro. Os preços da alfafa e do milho subiram. A manutenção do estábulo subiu e agora estão cobrando 3mil por cada Cavalo. Logo, ele só aceita te vender a moto, mesmo depreciada mais um ano, por 6mil.
Pronto, você logo se dá conta de que, embora você tenha poupado, para adquirir os 10% que faltava (454,60/4546,00), passado um ano, você ainda está 16,6% distante (1000/6000) do objetivo.
Em resumo, 6,6% é o juros negativos. É o quanto você perdeu por poupar. É o quanto você perdeu por não ter consumido o seu dinheiro presente. É a penalidade que você sofre por deixar o consumo para futuro.
É o inverso de toda a lógica humana em que quem se priva no presente é recompensado no futuro.

Supposedly the other day some English speaking young jeet was helping his fresh from India sperm donor looking for work and they came by this place.
