The entier issue is complex. However, why are those of islamic faith in Israel not being treated the same? mAYBE BECUSE THEY AREN'T CONSISTENTLY TRYING TO KILL.
I may not agree with the tactics Israel has used but anyone can understand their desire for safety.

Don't quit unless you're about to go postal, just change jobs. It looks a lot better to potential employers and will make your life a lot easier. Getting exploited is pretty common, the kennel owner's dad used to come by and demand we stop our jobs and do shit like shoveling gravel. Unfortunately NC is an at-will-employment state so I couldn't tell him to go fuck himself directly, I just ducked him whenever I could because I knew they wouldn't fire me over him just being a cunt lol. Ideally I'd of just ignored him and carried on with the job description, he'd get enraged and fire me and then I'd make bank suing their asses but oh well.
Gov comes with a lot of benefits, so it's hard to get your foot in the door without knowing the right people. At least from my understanding anyway, I applied for a local gov animal shelter position and it was taken by a nepotism hire. The interviews were just a formality/time waste. Half of it was some HR bitch rattling off a list of like "spousal counselling" like fuck off I just want to help animals. The UK has no jobs worth having, so what I used to do was set the parameters on job sites and just spam my CV out there repeatedly. Template e-mail/message copy paste it about a week then a month after each application. Didn't give a fuck if I didn't meet the requirements, a lot would be tag "entry level" then demand years of experience and/or degrees, just spray and pray and if it seems like a step up's available then take it.

Speaking to Ethiopian publication Fana Media Corporation on the eve of her official visit to the country, Valentina Matvienko, Chairwoman of the Russian Federation Council, emphasized the ongoing development of several joint projects across various sectors.

Matvienko specifically noted the potential for collaboration in peaceful nuclear energy applications.
She also pointed to long-standing successful cooperation between the two nations, expressing confidence that this partnership would continue to strengthen.
"Ethiopia is one of Russia's most important, key partners in Africa," she said, highlighting Ethiopia's historical significance as the first African nation to establish official diplomatic relations with Russia 127 years ago.
Matvienko announced a planned meeting of the intergovernmental Russian-Ethiopian commission on economic, scientific, technical cooperation, and trade in St. Petersburg this year. She described the commission as the "driving mechanism" for the entire complex of trade, economic, and investment interaction between the two nations.
A high-level Russian delegation, including federal ministers, deputy ministers, and heads of major state corporations, will participate in the meeting, holding individual discussions with their Ethiopian counterparts to advance the implementation of new projects.
