京王電鉄・明大前駅から徒歩1分にある、行列が絶えないラーメン店「釜玉中華そば ナポレオン軒」。
しかし、2週間前に巨大なフェンスが設置されると状況が一変、店は駅から見えなくなり売り上げが激減した。
店のSNSには「助けてください!」「死活問題です」と、悲痛な叫びが上がる。
明大前駅の改札のすぐ正面にはずらりと白い壁が並ぶ。
