De gemeenteraad van Landgraaf boog zich over de vraag of het illegaal gebouwde zwembad, poolhouse met jacuzzi en bar, in de achtertuin van een villa mogen blijven staan. De vorige eigenaar vd villa bouwde deze in 2019 zonder vergunning op een stuk grond met de bestemming ‘natuur’.
De raad weigert het achteraf te legaliseren. De nieuwe eigenaar moet alles afbreken en de grond teruggegeven aan de natuur.
