It’s a long story. In the past, I used to get side effects such as jitteriness and even nightmares in a timespan as short as a week. This time I wanted to do the experiment of seeing how long I can go on without getting the side effects. I could go with 3 cups for almost three months with minimal side effects this time. But mostly, I was on one espresso per day when some side effects started to reappear.

Ie - I was grinding coffee, and he was poking at it. So I opened the top and showed him the beans, ground some, and let him see it comes out all ground up.
