Um dos sentimentos mais maravilhosos, e talvez o mais "humano" que eu venho sentindo é o de se orgulhar por outra pessoa conseguindo algo.
Hoje eu tava vendo um podcast de uns 2 anos atrás que o Sérgio Sacani participou, então decidi dar uma olhada no último vídeo, e vi o rosto dele. Ele tinha traçado a meta de finalmente começar a emagrecer, treinar, fazer dieta, fazer academia, passar mais tempo com os filhos e tudo.
Isso começou acho que há uns 2 anos atrás, e ele não parou, não vacilou, seguiu o treino, impressionou o Renato Cariani (Fisiculturista e personal dele), foi determinado, perdendo dezenas de quilos e hoje eu vi como ele tava pelo vídeo.
E é uma sensação incrível olhar pra uma pessoa, e simplesmente ter uma explosão de alegria: "porra cara, tu conseguiu, tá dando certo✊🏻🫵🏻🧏🏼♀️"
Só isso, orgulho sem nada em troca, sem inveja, só satisfação de ver que o outro se esforçou, foi determinado e conseguiu.
Eu não conseguia sentir isso há 10, 8, talvez 5 anos atrás, sentimento de inveja e quando não era isso, era uma falta de vontade de ficar bem, do tipo "Se eu achar que ela merece por que se esforçou, logo eu não mereço", ou "Se eu não fiz nem consegui, não posso aplaudir ela".
Saber que hoje eu só fico bem vendo o outro ser feliz é libertador, independente de como eu esteja.
Já contei aqui algumas vezes que eu já fui praticamente tudo em questão política, comunista > socialista > esquerda > centro-esquerda > centro > centro-direita > direita > liberal > monarquista > ancap.
Eu não sei se isso tem a algo ver, talvez alguns digam que esquerdismo te deixa invejoso, mas não sei mesmo.
O fato é que eu era bem mesquinha na época de escola, infância e pré-adolescência, meio narcisista, enjoada e vivia desrespeitando outras pessoas que eu "não via importância".
E isso piorou quando fui percebendo que as "centenas de amigos" não eram mais que 2, que eu mais odiava, por que? Falavam a verdade: "Ninguém se importa contigo e tu não é importante, para de ser assim".
Eu demorei pra entender que "ser pouco importante" não queria dizer que eu era inútil, ou não merecia nada, e sim que outros também mereciam, com seus próprios méritos, personalidades, conquistas e eu não deveria me sentir mal.
Acaba tratando "importância" como jogo de soma zero - quanto mais o outro tem, menos eu vou ter. E...nunca foi assim, obviamente.
Ao longo desses anos fui entendendo isso, e acabei "desbloqueando" uma sensação nova:
Sentir orgulho de ver outra pessoa se dando bem, mesmo que eu não esteja. Zero inveja, só felicidade pelo outro.
É...felizmente eu tive 2 grandes amigos que me ensinaram isso, e irônico, pois eu via como pessoas maldosas.
Quanto mais você se afasta da verdade, mais você sente ódio dela.
Hoje eu percebo o quanto essa lição foi importante, pois eu nunca mais consegui me enturmar com pessoas muito pessimistas, gente pra baixo, invejosa, que odeia prosperidade, mesquinha, narcisista, etc. (Exatamente quem eu era uns anos atrás).
Espero que todos vocês tenham o desejam e o que merecem, e pelo esforço que fazem é bem mais do que podem imaginar.

I don’t know about full on back doors in DeepSeek, but I am skeptical about the intentions of those behind Language Models in general
Each model is biased on the training data it was given so each model will be embedded with a culture, political ideology, and religious reasoning that will seed each user interaction
This is true for DeepSeek, Gemini, Grok, OpenAI and every other model
Ask DeepSeek about Tiananmen Square or Gemini about misgendering to prevent nuclear war
AI models could be the next advancement in digital colonialism that can infiltrate and influence the mind of the user
Each prompt can be a nudge akin to a TikTok, Tweet or Instagram Reel
Fortunately there’s competition and thankfully there’s Nostr to serve a future training ground for models that’s outside of political censorship or algorithmic bias
This leaves me optimistic
