The line for requiring integration of in-app purchase for Nostr apps seems to be between zaps-on-profiles (allowed without in-app purchase as they're seen more as transfers) and zaps-on-notes (not allowed without in-app purchase as they're seen more as purchases). This isn't either. Can't say with confidence, but it feels like there's a chance this would be allowed through under current guidelines without integrating in-app purchase.
