Depuis l'investiture de Trump 🇺🇸 plusieurs États américains se sont penchés sur le sujet en adoptant des lois protégeant les droits à la self-custody 🔒 Des projets de loi similaires ont été proposés dans 33 États. Parmi eux, 28 ont également soumis des propositions visant à créer une réserve stratégique en Bitcoin.
Malheureusement, l'initiative a déjà été rejetée dans 4 États par leurs comités ou leurs chambres des représentants, notamment au Montana, au Dakota du Nord, au Wyoming et en Pennsylvanie ❌
Encore 24 États examinent actuellement la possibilité de créer une réserve stratégique en Bitcoin, ce qui pourrait marquer un tournant historique pour les États-Unis et pour Bitcoin. Parmi eux, l'Arizona et l'Oklahoma sont les plus proches d'adopter cette mesure, n'attendant plus que la 2e approbation du Comité et de la Chambre.
Quant à lui, l'État de l'Utah n'attend plus que la 2e approbation de la Chambre pour officialiser la nouvelle loi sur la réserve stratégique en Bitcoin.

Hundreds of people have been prosecuted for online “speech crimes” under the Online Safety Act, amid growing concerns over its implications for free expression in Britain.
