The Jyamato Grand Prix arc while a really good one for Buffa didn't do much to advance the arcs of Nago and Tycoon which makes the story have to scramble to get them up to speed for where they're supposed to be for final arc. Tycoon in particular since his villain arc definitely could gotten more time to setup.
All in all I really like Geats though, it does well enough to keep the plot moving and it ultimately pays off well enough (I absolutely love that the clip of Tsumuri shooting Geats from the OP is the premise for the final episode for example.)

〜刃物所持の不審者情報（２月２５日・有馬）〜
2月25日(火)午前7時40分頃、神戸市北区有野中町4丁目10番付近の路上で、包丁のような物を所持した不審者の目撃情報がありました。
不審者が、包丁のようなものを所持して、徘徊していたものです。
不審者は、身長160cmくらい、小太り、黒色上衣、黒色ズボン、左手にゴミ袋を所持した男で、いずれかに立ち去りました。
