O menor pode ser declarante ou dependente, como dependente ele pode ter sua renda somada à dos pais (declarante), e ter algumas deduções para o declarante, mas também pode fazer uma declaração apartada, o q retira sua renda da declaração dos pais, e isso pode ser viável a depender dessa renda destacada, principalmente se estiver na faixa de isenção. A obrigatoriedade segue a regra geral, ou seja, se teve renda acima da isenção, comprou ou vendeu imóveis, operou na bolsa, etc. Eu nunca deixo de declarar, principalmente porque você precisa ter um histórico patrimonial convincente, ainda q não declare renda tributável, pra não chamar a atenção. classic example of how #golang does #composition better than any other language
took me all of about 30 minutes to completely refactor #realy to separate the "filter" out of the filter type, which i achived by extracting the fields (kinds/authors/tags/since/until) from the existing plain muddled "filter" structure
it is now called `simple.Filter` and the reason for doing this was to make a single structure that embeds elsewhere that is the primary parameters for an actual `/filter` request on the simplified nostr HTTP API
now i have a full interface composed of single APIs so i can treat them as a whole or separately... it was an important step on the path to implementing a full simplified API
i did add a `/subscribe-fulltext` endpoint to distinguish between the words-and-filter distinction instead of repeating the same mistake of making "optional" things when i want them to be extensions

In the aftermath of the Southport knife attack there was a sense of national trauma over the killings of three girls at a summer holiday dance and yoga class. Seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe, Bebe King who was six, and nine-year-old Alice Aguiar were murdered. Eight other children were badly injured.
Anger and disbelief soon followed, prompting burning questions over the identity, background and possible motive of the attacker, and suspicions about why the authorities appeared to be saying a lot less than they knew.
Despite public demands for information, the police provided few details about the attacker. There was very little information in their statements about his background. He was not even named because he was 17 at the time of the attack. One thing was made public early on - it was not being treated as terror-related by the authorities.
The UK's independent reviewer of terrorism legislation has told BBC Panorama that he believes the quality and quantity of information released by the authorities in the hours after the attack on 29 July 2024 was "inadequate".
"People got the sense that something was being withheld or fudged in some way, and that led the social media types who wanted to spread disinformation to spread disinformation," Jonathan Hall KC said.

How is it possible that ETFs, Governments, Companies and Saylor are able to buy 1M+ bitcoins in a matter of months and we are still at this price ranges?
How is it possible that OTC Markets had/have so much bitcoins, and still haven't gone dry?
How is it possible that Bitcoin dumps because some shitcoin casino loses $1.4B ETH in a hack (which has nothing to do with Bitcoin)... but Saylor buying $2B of BTC every goddamn week doesn't cause any reaction?
The answer is the same for all 3 questions—the big centralized exchanges are actively manipulating the price, and profiting(a lot) from short/long traders liquidations. One day, we will have another FTX-like moment that will reveal all of this.
