Pretty good, actually. It was definitely one of the most common and versatile engraving machines of the time. My grandfather worked out techniques and attachments so that he could achieve effects by machine that most engravers couldn't do by hand.

there was some controversy in the comments on this draft, and afaik only amethyst has implemented it. as a relay operator, it was a very nice gesture from the client to provide a mechanism like this. I believe they decided on NOTIFY is different than NOTICE because clients can't tell if they should show the message to the user or not I suppose.

I’ve been seeing an increase in “mutual aid spam” from troet dot cafe: A brand new account with zero followers, following several dozen accounts, then sending them (sometimes mentions-only) messages asking for donations for some personal need (e.g. paying off medical bills, family is in Gaza, etc) that seems to target #mutualAid progressives. They all seem to use PayPal accounts with randomized names.
Watch out for these scams. Always check accounts before sending people money.

sucralose is a sweetener, and they are also putting it in everything... i strongly suspect it of being toxic to the kidneys, and i already know that it is mostly excreted (through the kidneys) unchanged, and there was some concern that it is harming aquatic life
water soluble plastics used as thickening agents seems a bit messed up, usually they use xanthan or guar gums for this, which are still bad shit - basically glues, they are VERY common food additives in sweet stuff, and yeah, xanthan + sucralose, SUPER common, even, they use it as a viscosity modifier in a lot of energy drinks, i forget which drinks i saw this ingredient in, but it gives the drink more "body"
