学校（学校じゃなくても）も昨今だと近隣や他からも様々な苦情（所為クレーマー）が日常的に寄せられたりして、重要度が分からなくなってたりするのかもしれないなぁ。
今回のケースはそれには当たらない事象だけど、普段から重要性のない言いがかり的なクレームが多かったりすると、このあたり受取り方も真摯にできなくなってきそう、かも。
