ทุกๆครั้งที่ผมเข้ายิม จะมีทั้งวันที่พร้อมและไม่พร้อม จะมีทั้งเสียงในหัวให้หยุดและล้มเลิก จะมีเรื่องราวในอดีต และอนาคตแทรกมาเป็นช่วงๆ ยิ่งผมไหลไปกับสิ่งไหน ผมยิ่งหมดแรงหมดพลังงานไปเท่านั้น
🔥สิ่งเดียวที่จะสร้างพลังงานและดึงให้สมาธิกลับมาคือ สิ่งที่ต้องทำตรงหน้า มันเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ต้องมีเหตุผล(ผมไม่ได้ออกกำลังกายเพราะป่วย ไม่ได้ออกเพราะอยากลดน้ำหนัก หรือ ได้เงินจากการออกกำลังกาย) ผมทำเพราะผมต้องทำ ทำโดยที่จะเลิกเมื่อไหร่ก็ได้ จะทำไปวันๆไม่ใส่ใจก็ได้ มันไม่มีใครบังคับ ไม่มีเหตุ หรือ ตรรกะใดๆ
🧬แต่นี่คือกระบวกการ Biohacking ทั้งระบบชีวะภาพ ร่างกาย จิตใจ และจิตวิญญาณ ต่างได้รับพลังงานที่มากขึ้น ดีขึ้น เจริญขึ้น มันทำให้สมาธิเกิดขึ้นอย่างรุนแรงและถ่ายเทพลังงานออกไปพร้อมๆกัน เหมือนการหมุนเวียนของพลังงานสมาธิ และสามารถแปลงไปใช้งานอย่างอื่นได้อีกมากมาย
