1. カフェオレ・カフェラテ（オーツミルクラテや豆乳ラテ含む）（脂質高いしカロリーもあるのにそんなにタンパク質取れない）
2. 卵（案外脂質あるので総カロリーを押し上げる）（健康にはいいので食べてもいいけど、数に注意）
3. ドレッシング・ソース・調理油類（ちりつも）
