No, and there's no need. In my country in order for any sort of produce to be able to have organic written and to be classified as it had to be approved by 2 independent organisations that do regular surprise inspections. All details for producers and consumers are also detailed on the government website and those found not following them get fined so hard they pretty much can't do business anymore.
A lot of such toxic solutions you speak of are also banned here. The only country I'm aware of that still does such things is the USA.
Buying directly from farms is an option, but everything tends to be way too expensive, so I only do it rarely.

Meus 2 primeiros anos de casada morei no Mato, tinha um lago , a casa, uma cabana velha de ipê... tá, não ficava direto lá, mas a casa principal era num mato também, mas na cidade. Hoje, no terceiro ano de casada, moro 2 quadras do mar ... no verão tem muito humano, o que é ruim pra mim, mas passei os ultimos 10 dias no mato e recarregei o bom humor.
