A casi un mes de la reducción temporal de retenciones dispuesta por el Gobierno, las ventas de granos muestran estabilidad sin el “aluvión” esperado. “Se activó algo de volumen, pero no es ninguna locura”, afirmó Juan Manuel Uberti, analista de Grassi. Desde el 27 de enero se comercializaron 3,2 millones de toneladas de soja, 4 millones de maíz y 1,4 millones de trigo, generando ingresos por US$1700 millones.
El sector destaca que los precios mejoraron hasta US$30 por tonelada, pero los productores no venden sin necesidad urgente. “Compraron que había 17 millones de toneladas de soja dando vueltas, pero no existen más de nueve”, advirtió una fuente del mercado. Mientras la cosecha avanza y las lluvias frenan la trilla, el Gobierno enfrenta una realidad diferente a sus previsiones.
