Jo, je tam pár vyjímek, u volně samostatně stojících budov do určitého rozměru a u budov nad tento rozměr pokud nejsou obývány celoročně ale jen po definovanou část roku. Takže teoreticky by z toho dobře vyšla menší budova obývána trvale či větší chalupa na část roku. Ne už ale chalupa velká celoročně obývaná. Např kamarádky co žije s dětmi v Jizerkách v chalupě by se to už asi dotklo.
Vyjímky:
a) budovy ve vlastnictví ozbrojených sil nebo ústředních vládních institucí, které slouží účelům národní obrany, s výjimkou jednotlivých obytných nebo kancelářských budov pro ozbrojené síly a další zaměstnance orgánů národní obrany;
b) budovy užívané jako místa bohoslužeb a pro náboženské účely;
c) dočasné budovy s dobou užívání dva roky nebo méně, průmyslové provozy, dílenské provozovny a neobytné zemědělské budovy s nízkou spotřebou energie a neobytné zemědělské budovy používané odvětvím, na které se vztahuje celostátní odvětvová dohoda o energetické náročnosti;
d) obytné budovy, které jsou užívány nebo určeny k užívání buď kratšímu než čtyři měsíce v roce, nebo alternativně po omezenou část roku a jejichž odhadovaná spotřeba energie je nižší než 25 % ze spotřeby, k níž by došlo při celoročním užívání;
e) samostatně stojící budovy s celkovou užitnou podlahovou plochou menší než 50 m2

Last night, I suspended an account, 27 minutes after it was created, for claiming to be E lon M usk. It had the whole scammer M.O. It immediately began following a bunch of people, hoping to hit on someone who would believe it was the real person contacting them.
I read about people losing huge sums of money to these scams.
This is the 4th famous-person impersonation account I've removed since starting this Mastodon server. The first time, they did hit someone on Mastodon who believed the account was official and who started engaging. I reached out to that person after suspending the offender to tell them the account they responded to was fake.
For those who need to hear this, please be careful. No famous person is going to reach out to you on Mastodon, or any other social media.
