I am a protestant Christian and have done much soul searching over the years about this subject. If there is a "true" church that has been preserved from the beginning, which would it be? I am not referring to the worldwide congregation but rather the organization/denomination.

It's like a toe-touch to 11: cross your feet (prevents you from "cheating" by bending your knees to reach the floor), don't reach your fingers but your palms and go for the floor not your toes. It can take a while. You consciously try to relax the muscles/untangle, but don't bounce hard as you can hurt yourself that way. Every 5 minutes or so swap which foot is in front with the crossed feet.
