It's really weird that it works together, but it's kind of a divine experience. If you want to bring it to the next level, you need pickles. I was, unfortunately, out of pickles.
But it's definitely a weird flavor set depending on your ratios. You get hit with sharp cheddar and beef then the tang of your pickles (if you have them 😭) and then it finishes off with a kind of creamy peanut butter flavor. And I usually put a burger glop on there Which adds umami to an already savory, stack. You don't want to overdo the bacon because the pork flavor can kind of overwhelm everything.
But yeah, 10-10, do recommend.
