Und das waren nicht einmal immer welche, die erst durch das neue Regime ins Amt kamen.
In dem Zusammenhang möchte ich mal auf Art. 100 GG hinweisen, für mich - als Richter - eine wichtige Verfassungsnorm.
Wenn Richter*innen Zweifel haben, ob Gesetze wirklich den Grund- und Menschenrechten entsprechen, dürfen sie diese nicht anwenden, sondern müssen die Frage dem BVerfG vorlegen, damit dort die Verfassungsmäßigkeit geprüft wird.
Das finde ich eine geniale Konstruktion:
- Richter*innen können sich nicht darauf berufen "das stand aber so im Gesetz, das musste ich anwenden"
- Richter*innen können aber auch nicht willkürlich sagen "ich finde das falsch, ich wende es einfach nicht an".
Damit ist klar: jede/r einzelne Richter/in muss die eigenen Entscheidungen auch persönlich verantworten. Trotzdem bleibt die Bindung an Recht und Gesetz und damit die demokratische Legitimation der Rechtsprechung gewahrt.

这 sex (性) 和 romance (浪漫) 又是从哪来的, 原文里是这部分:
