5. Russian intervention: Russia has supported separatists in Eastern Ukraine since 2014 and annexed Crimea. Calling it a civil war ignores Russia’s direct military involvement, which escalated into a full-scale invasion in 2022.
This narrative distorts reality to justify Russia’s actions in Ukraine.

So trackers can be "present" in the app but not "activated".
