But of course the more you just happen to crouch and take stronger enemies with long range - which makes sense early on - you naturally become a stealth archer.
And ofc you don't have to min/max as I described before in Oblivion/Morrowind, but since enemies always level with you: Once you start running away from enemies or reduce STR to 0, it's not because of enemies. It's because of the leveling system.
