如果把去年和前年发生过的夏季型气候灾难叠加起来，那么中国大陆整个季风区基本都被极端气候蹂躏过一遍了，基本上没有幸免的。
所以我觉得其实全球气候变化已经约过了tipping point了，人类应对全球气候变化的国际合作努力，在我眼中其实已经到达无法挽回的失败。
在中国，其实如果配合人口衰减和经济衰退的大趋势，其实更好的应对气候变化政策（适应政策），是把人口从小城市和县乡逐渐迁出来（这是人口的内生趋势），三线及以下城市都辟为国家公园和自然保护区，鼓励人口向中心超级城市群集中，把有限的财政资源投向中心超级城市做气候韧性投资。
还得说一下，京津、珠三角、长三角、武汉、成渝双城，这几个中心超级城市，其实城市基础设施的气候韧性都做得很烂（没有设计下水道），只不过在保大城市政策下，总体来说气候韧性比其他下级市县乡还是要好一点点，超级城市里很少有大规模伤亡报告。

The only thing that works with e-paper, so far is Njump because it's static pages. Which is annoying, for chatting, but fine for something that rarely changes, like a book or research papers.

Earlier today I was comparing reading a motoring-related website on a mobile phone (without adblocker) compared to the 20th century motoring books I collect - whilst those had adverts in the end pages they were unobtrusive, whereas modern online adverts are *deliberately* made to distract from the main content and take up more space than it, then they wonder why folk block the ads?
