The scoring question was taken out of my hands. The loaf split by itself along a lengthwise weak seam shortly after I turned it out onto a floured silicon mat.

i think instead of talking about empathy in politics, we should talk also about compassion.
you can be unable to feel empathy due to psychological conditions but still be able to practice compassion. and vice versa. i know a lot of people who have a hard time understanding emotions but they still do kind things. and i know a lot of people who are absolutely neurotypical but yet do the most wretched, heartless and bigoted things to others on a daily basis
