Now I am trying to determine the best use for a NUC with a 4 TB SSD. Using it to back everything else up comes to mind and I know I can do this with Start9, but not sure about the others.

でもね、うつエピソード中に死亡する人、多いでしょ？そういう陰謀論とか医療否定論を信じ込みそうになってる連中の主張を支持するような動画を現役の臨床家がおおっぴらにするのってどうなの？
自分が診てる患者に死なれたこと無いんだろな。まだ若いし。
あとカバなんとかとかいう北海道のお医者さん。早起きして散歩してたらうつ病は治るって何度も繰り返してる。まぁこれも間違いではない。エビデンスもある。けど、言いすぎでしょ？規則正しい生活と運動は非常に重要だけど、それだけで鬱エピソードを乗り越えられる？無理でしょ？規則正しい生活と運動が最も力を発揮するのは予防の段階でしょ？
