The removal of exchange from the economy for basic needs is an interesting proportion, obviously this goes back well before capitalism (or even pre-capitalist proto-capitalist societies), and would require a massive rethink of the role of the state - which on one level I'm not unsympathetic to but the prospect of such a wholesale reorientation of society requires some notion to a mechanism to achieve it; how would you see this coming about?

O mesmo se percebe na América Latina, o Chile, Argentina e Uruguai, são em geral os países mais estéticos e intelectualidados.
Tem uma fala que dizem ser de Einstein quando visitava o Rio de Janeiro para uma palestra, em que ele dizia que era quente demais para permitir as pessoas exercerem algo mais intelectual.
Algumas pessoas dirão que é "determinismo geográfico", mas sabemos que por regra, países quentes são mais desordenados e pouco intelectualizados...
Só não por países que por alguma razão muito específica desenvolve um governo que permite superar esses problemas, como em Singapura e nos Emirados Árabes.
