Please stop pretending the issue with Twitter is just "elon musk bad".
Twitter is nonfree centralized social media. It always was and will always be a bad idea as a free software organization to associate with this.
Instead of repeating your mistakes moving to Bluesky (https://bsky.app/profile/debian.bsky.social) why don't you make an official Debian account on pleroma.debian.social instead?
Like imagine having contributors already owning and maintaining a Fediverse instance but not actually using it officially. You can be better than this, Debian.

Prowadzę moją małą wojnę przeciwko Facebookowi na lokalnych miejskich grupach i fanpejdżach z jednej prostej przyczyny:
Facebook nie jest platformą dostępną (w rozumieniu dostęnpści cyfrowej). Dyskwalifikuje ją jedna bardzo prosta rzecz - przymus rejestracji. Platforma gatekeepuje informacje od mieszkańców. A rozmów toczy się tam sporo - to na lokalnych portalach facebookowych publikuje się nowinki z życia miasta - coś się przewróciło, coś gdzieś uderzyło, gdzieś coś jest zakorkowane, a ludzie komentują, wrzucają zdjęcia, dzielą się opiniami.
To na Facebooku na zawołania ludzi odpisuje zarząd dróg miejskich, straż miejska publikuje zdjęcia źle zaparkowanych samochodów, a oznaczona w postach pani prezydentka zostawia komentarze zapewniając, że prędko sprawą się zajmie.
Dziś pani prezydentka na Facebooku pyta:
"Chciałabym zaprosić Was do wzięcia udziału w transmisji na żywo, podczas której będę odpowiadała na Wasze pytania tzw. Q&A. Kiedy powinnam je realizować, abyście mogli wziąć udział?"
moja odpowiedź mogła być tylko jedna:
"Proszę rozważyć również użycie alternatywnej platformy poza Facebookiem dla tych, którzy nie używają mediów społecznościowych i nie chcą się na nich rejestrować."
Tęsknię za forami internetowymi z 2008 roku, gdzie można było czytać moderowane wątki bez koneiczności rejestracji, a gdzie uporządkowane informacje oraz działająca wyszukiwarka pomagały nawigować się w bieżących sprawach. Z łezką w oku wspominam http://www.bielsko.biala.pl/forum/ które, nota bene, ciągle działa!
I czasem mi się już nie chce, kiedy widzę komentarze jak poniżej. Bo 90% mieszkańców przecież ma Facebooka. I przecież trzeba się dostosować. Nie, nie trzeba. Wystarczyłoby, żeby miejskie władze założyły otwarte forum miejskie, nakazały jednostkom założyć tam konto i wyłącznie tam (oprócz BIP, rzecz jasna) publikować wiadomości i wchodzić w kontakt z mieszkańcami. Tylko tyle i aż tyle.
Da się? Powiedzcie, że się da, że nie żyję w smutnej naiwnej bańce.
