I'm still experimenting after 100 releases. I typically aim for -14LUFS, but usually end up more in the -14.8 range since I want dynamics in 90% of my tracks.
One of my go-to plugins for testing this out is Waves WLM Loudness Meter as it has some of the supposed settings of the stream platforms. I use it to get a quick view of how much more the streamers may squash my mixes.

* Standard A5 notebook, like a Moleskine or whatever, with lined pages.
* Each two page spread covers a single week.
* Left-hand page:
Start and end dates in the top corner. Leave two lines for tasks that don't have a specific date. I label the third line for Sunday, and every fourth line after that gets labeled with the next day of the week. Anything I need to do that week gets logged next to the proper day, and I check them off as the get done (or cross through them if they get cancelled), then use the remaining space to journal anything notable that happens on those days.
* Right-hand page:
I use a ruler to divide the page into three equal segments. In the top section, I log books, movies, TV or games I've consumed during the week, with marks to indicate progress. The middle is to list projects that I've worked on during the week, again marking progress. And the bottom third is a list of media that I've learned about that week and would like to check out at a later date.
That media to-do list serves as a reminder to update the rest—seeing a title I want to remember prompts me to get out the notebook, and once I have it out, it's easy to bring it back up-to-date. And I have a recurring alert set on my phone to remind me on Sundays to finish off the previous week and start the next.
That's pretty much it.

It's hard to take your arguments seriously when you resort to these types of insults when you can't answer a question.
If every discussion with you is going to degenerate to petulant insults, having any discussion with you becomes pointless.
If you can't have an adult conversation, why act surprised and upset when no one wants to read anything you post? You're acting like a child screaming insults and chucking temper tantrum. And then getting all butthurt because your temper tantrums get ignored.

I need to change up the web dev class.
I'm thinking, after we finish this todo CRUD app, I let them choose something they want to do.
I'm thinking several will go back to static HTML and CSS. Others will try some new JS stuff. I may even suggest they work together in a group to put something together collaboratively.
We're definitely in the grind portion of the semester where we chip away at learning little skills every day. It's a hard mental challenge for most.
