It's about not letting your ego ruin your effort and progress. Tonight at open mat I tapped a lot. I wasn't on my best game. But that's okay - I showed up and got my training time. That's a win. But I also let my off night catch me off guard.
I was humbled with a loud pop of my ankle from a friend's toe holding they had on me. I didn't realize the position I was in and my own struggle to escape it ended up contributing to a near injury. Luckily, all is good. No immediate sign of injury after a brief rest. 🤙
I'll say it again. Tap early. Tap often. Stay humble. Train smart.

特朗普曾在第一任期内的2018年3月启动了对钢铁和铝制品加征关税的措施。同年6月以后，对于在美国国内无法采购到替代品的钢铁制品，开始受理各企业提交的申请，并对一直对相关产品免于加征关税。拜登政府执政下的2022年4月，美国还对日本引入了年进口量低于125万吨的情况下免征关税的例外措施。
由于特朗普此次签发的行政命令，日本企业此前享受的两项例外措施将会失效。
