Donde me parece que normas y reglas ponen un estandard. Significa, que por ejemplo con los primeros aviones el objectivo era poder volar. Por eso tenian muchos accidentes. Der österreichische Plagiatsgutachter Stefan Weber, der bereits vor vier Jahren der damaligen Grünen-Kanzlerkandidatin Annalena Baerbock massives Plagiieren nachwies, hat am 10. Februar eine 188 Seite umfassende Plagiatsanalyse der Doktorarbeit von Robert Habeck vorgelegt. In dieser weist er detailliert über 120 „Quellen-, Zitats- und Textplagiate“ des aktuellen Grünen-Spitzenkandidaten nach. Noch vor dieser Veröffentlichung ging Habeck an die Öffentlichkeit und erklärte in einem Videostatement, dass sowohl die Universität Hamburg als auch der Präsident der Leopoldina, der Nationalen Akademie der Wissenschaften, die Vorwürfe gegen ihn entkräftet hätten. Doch diese Darstellung ist höchst manipulativ. Ein Großteil der deutschen Medien übernahm jedoch diese Habeck’sche Version und nahm damit einseitig Partei zugunsten des Grünen-Politikers.

Am 10. Februar um 10:32 Uhr veröffentlichte Robert Habeck auf seinem extra für den Wahlkampf wiedereröffneten X-Kanal folgende Mitteilung:
„Ich rechne damit, dass heute, wenige Tage vor der Bundestagswahl, Vorwürfe gegen meine Doktorarbeit, die ich vor 25 Jahren in Hamburg geschrieben habe, veröffentlicht werden. Ich habe mich entschieden, das Ganze transparent zu machen. Denn ich kenne die Vorwürfe – und konnte sie vorab prüfen lassen.
Das Ergebnis: Die Ombudsstelle der Universität Hamburg hat die Vorwürfe entkräftet und bestätigt, dass kein wissenschaftliches Fehlverhalten vorliegt. Ich habe auch den Präsident der Leopoldina, der Nationalen Akademie der Wissenschaften, um eine Einschätzung gebeten. Auch er hat keine Zweifel an der Eigenständigkeit der wissenschaftlichen Arbeit.
Die Anschuldigungen – übrigens nicht wie sonst Textplagiate, sondern Ungenauigkeiten in den Fußnoten – stammen vom Plagiatsjäger Stefan Weber. Wer ihn beauftragt hat und wer ihn bezahlt, weiß ich nicht, da er seine Geldquellen ja im Verborgenen lässt und über seine Geldgeber keine Transparenz herstellt. Einmal konnte durch journalistische Recherche aufgezeigt werden, dass es das Nachrichtenportal NIUS war.
Ein letztes: Herr Weber wird auch Vorwürfe gegen die Doktorarbeit meiner Frau erheben. Meine Frau kandidiert aber für kein politisches Mandat. Sie ist nicht Teil dieses Wahlkampfs. Ich bitte darum, meine Familie rauszuhalten.“

5+ words is generally better than 4, but it's not all about length; it's also about entropy, complexity, and not using common words that are used in Dictionary Attacks.
Truly random, high-entropy passphrases are a valid option to unlock your password manager, as they can easily be remembered if you create a mnemonic like an absurd story using the random words as a recall technique. They can also be valid for full-disk encryption on your laptop, or as a passphrase for an encryption key like PGP or SSH, etc. It is best practice to not reuse passphrases.
I recommend using KeePassXC to generate this high-entropy passphrase for most people, or if you follow the instructions to the letter, this is a very good offline method:

However, I highly recommend using high-entropy random passwords that include:
• Length (in characters)
• Use of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Use of numeric characters
• Use of special symbols
...for pretty much everything else.

While ProtonPass/Bitwarden will tell you if a password/passphrase is strong, KeePassXC shows you the entropy of your passwords in bits—both internally generated, or by pasting your current password into the password generator. I suggest using it as an easy way to check your exact password entropy.
You want an entropy score of at least 75 bits (72 is reasonably easy to crack).
