I think that in the second example, it might help if you keep the thing that comes before the は in mind as context, but skip it as you read the sentence. (After all, you won't have multiple in one sentence*, and it's usually omitted in conversations. )In that case it would become:

I think** that it's supposed to mean “[she] is an important friend of mine”.
Once you get to the verb, you just recall the topic of the conversation.
*Actually with a conjunction you can have multiple if you are contrasting things. Also sometimes you see the は after other particles and I think that its sole purpose in that case is for emphasis on contrast and it doesn't count. Don't worry too much about those uses if you don't already understand は well though.
**I believe that the Japaniizu would actually write “大事な 私の 仲間 だ” to get that meaning, because otherwise they would parse it as “(私の 大事)な 仲間 だ”, meaning “friend to whom I matter”. Or maybe that was supposed to be the meaning, but it seems less likely.

Acho que isso não se aplica a tudo, como redes p2p como torrenting é grátis, usar a rede onion é grátis, então o ideal como sempre é se for usar, rodar seu próprio node de nano mas a questão de taxa em criptomoeda serve apenas pra limitar ataque sybils aí no caso da nano não sei como eles resolveram ataques de spam, acho que já ouvi falar algo como um pequeno PoW a partir de certo ponto. Ah e a lightning não é instantânea e grátis também?

米克打来电话时，埃尔文正在跟利威尔享受人间至乐。人间至乐具体内容是：利威尔把他的沙发套拆下来洗了，挂在露台晾干。
利威尔拆时用到剪刀，埃尔文暗自对沙发套能否装回去抱悲观态度。但利威尔洗得很开心，坚信又捣毁一处埃尔文家中藏污纳垢的螨虫窝点。
他穿埃尔文的白衬衫站在露台阳光里，风把他衣衫灌满，鼓起如风帆。埃尔文喊他一声，利威尔转头看他，眼睛眯起，柔软的黑发被风吹乱。
埃尔文提高声音，免得淹没在风里，“喝红茶吗？”
利威尔点头。于是埃尔文离开露台，犹豫一下，锁上露台门。
他去烧水泡红茶时接通米克的电话。
“埃尔文，你之前说你在外地出差。回来了吗？这里有点情况，你可能想知道。”
事实上埃尔文根本没去外地出差。他又看了一眼露台上的利威尔。
“什么事？和利威尔有关吗？”
“他又犯了案子，你知道吧。”米克说，“电话里不方便说，见面谈谈，我在咖啡馆等你。”
埃尔文挂断电话，泡好红茶，听到露台有敲玻璃的声音。他赶快走过去，把露台门打开。
利威尔问，“你为什么要锁门？”
埃尔文笑，“我想看利威尔求我开门的样子。”
利威尔皱起鼻子，“谁求你了。”他端起红茶，不忙着喝，先深吸一口香气。
“我要出去一趟，利威尔。你能好好看家吗？”
“你要去哪里？”
“去趟公司。”埃尔文撒谎，“最近一直没露面，我的合伙人有意见，我必须去一趟，处理些生意的事。等我处理好，就能回来陪利威尔了。”
利威尔抬起眼来看他，“你要去多久？”
埃尔文非常喜欢他现在的眼神，不禁露出微笑。
“我很快就回来。”

咖啡馆中熙熙攘攘，埃尔文去买咖啡，半路差点撞到一个戴墨镜的女孩。
咖啡泼出来弄脏衬衫前襟，米克递来手帕给他擦。埃尔文擦干，手帕还给米克，米克一摆手让他收着。
“利威尔犯下大案，几个月前那次黑帮火并，数个敌对帮派分子肢体遭到伤残。你如果想看照片，我可以给你看照片，但不看也罢，叫人联想起我们的敌人是巨人的时候。”
“犯案原因……只是黑帮火并而已？”
“我们怀疑其中有私人恩怨。有线报表示，受创帮派是利威尔那两个手下，法兰和伊莎贝尔的仇敌。利威尔总会为他人的意愿行动，你应该很清楚。”
“也就是说，利威尔是为他的手下报仇，才犯下这次的案子？”
“你大可以对我描述一个悲情英雄的角色，埃尔文，但这话你得对陪审团再说一遍。”米克叹气，“这次我没法保下他了，不是说我之前就很想保他的意思。这是我的案子，我为公众安全负责，总得有个交待。”
“米克，你什么时候才能来为我工作呢？”
“如果这是图穷匕见，地图也太短了点。”
“但你约我在这里见面。我愿意假定此事还有商榷余地。不如你直接告诉我，我能做些什么？”
米克放下咖啡，直盯埃尔文。
“利威尔现在在你那里吧？”
埃尔文笑容不变，“你怎么会这么想？该不会你把我约出来，就是为了派一支人去抄我的家吧？”
“就算是你说这种话也太过分了。而且我珍惜我手下的命，不会贸然去抄你的家的。”
“对不起，米克，只是开个玩笑，只有你不会生我的气。”埃尔文憔悴地撑着太阳穴，“我想保护利威尔，但也不愿伤害你。有时候我觉得我什么都做不到。”
米克又看了他一阵。
“所以，怎么样？”
“什么怎么样？”
“你和利威尔。你说过他不记得你，但看起来你又把他驯了一次，驯得很成功。”
埃尔文居之不疑，“我唯一的遗憾是没有早点找到利威尔，竟让他误入歧途，为了我之外的人以身涉险。”
“有时候真希望天上降下一道雷把你劈了。误入歧途的意思是没有和你在一起？”
“怎么会，歧途是字面意义上的歧途。我替他向你道歉，利威尔给尊敬的米克警官添了不少麻烦。”
“现在我觉得这警官不当也罢。”米克身心俱疲，绕弯子他确实不是埃尔文的对手。“好吧，这是我的底线——把利威尔的两个从犯给我交差。就是那两个，叫法兰和伊莎贝尔的。”
埃尔文摸着下巴，陷入沉思。米克继续说：
“我会试着把结论引导为那两人为了私仇主导了这次报复。利威尔只是身份不明的黑帮打手。”
“那么，利威尔之前犯过的案子呢？”
“我注意到你已经用钱摆平了好几个苦主。只要没人揪着不放，一旦我卸任，这些案子就会是无主冷案，大概率会被我的后任从墙上摘下来丢进仓库。”
“谢谢你为了我这么通情达理。”
米克严肃起来。
“你夸我夸得比骂我还难受，搞得我像个没有下限的小人。不是这样的，埃尔文，你必须对我保证，你能看住利威尔，保证他不会继续犯案。我是相信你对利威尔的控制力，相信利威尔若不在你身边只会更危险，才向你开出这样的条件。就像我说的，我得为公众安全负责。”
埃尔文看向熙熙攘攘的窗外。他早已做出决定，现在要做的只是把它说出来。
“我答应你，米克。我会看住利威尔……不让他离开我的。”

埃尔文回家前扔掉了米克的手帕，并去商场买了些适合利威尔身材的衣服。利威尔一件件试穿，都很合身。
埃尔文说，“其实我还是喜欢利威尔穿着我的衣服。”
“你真是有病。”利威尔嗤笑，丢给他一件毛衣，“你也穿穿看我的衣服。”
埃尔文套上毛衣，金发因静电炸开，毛衣只盖住胸，整个肚子露在外面。利威尔看了一眼乐不可支，埃尔文问，“为什么笑？”
“埃尔文·史密斯，你现在像个傻子。”
埃尔文去照镜子，一双手从他身后伸出来，恶狠狠在他赤裸的腰腹上又掐又揉。利威尔把脸埋进他的背肌，痒丝丝的呼吸吹在肌肤上。
埃尔文握住利威尔的手。小，粗糙，并且温暖的手。
这确实是个梦，是个美梦，而这个美梦，可以永不结束。
只要利威尔无处可去，就会一直留在这里，在他的身边。
埃尔文目睹过这柄坚脆的刀刃，为他变成柔软的金箔的样子。只要利威尔还是利威尔，就会只因为埃尔文的存在心满意足，而埃尔文早已决定一生陪伴利威尔，弥补对他的亏欠。
“利威尔，伊莎贝尔和法兰在哪里？”
他直接开口。利威尔鼻尖蹭着他脊背的凹陷，含混地问：
“你干嘛想知道这个。你要向条子举报？”
“但你在担心他们过得好不好吧？我看得出。”埃尔文握着利威尔的手转身，“我在别处还有房产，空着也是空着。如果他们能替我管理，也算帮我的忙。”
对亡命之徒而言，住所确实是最棘手的问题。利威尔垂下眼，似在认真考虑埃尔文的提议。
“那不会太给你添麻烦吗？”
“他们是利威尔的家人吧？我很高兴能出一份力。”
埃尔文说得真诚。
伊莎贝尔和法兰都是成年的黑帮分子，手上都沾过血，让他们为他们犯过的罪蹲几年监狱，不至于触犯埃尔文心中的道德警报——如果那东西还存在。他只是很抱歉，他对利威尔说了谎。但如果一切顺利，也许这会是埃尔文对他说的最后一句谎言。
“我会联系他们的。”利威尔的头靠在他的胸前。“谢谢你，埃尔文·史密斯。”
胸前是熟悉的体温和重量。宛若回到那个黑夜马车的梦境中，埃尔文的心颤抖得失控。
他紧紧抱住利威尔，交叉手臂，像要把怀中的身体挤碎那样。
“利威尔，我会永远对你好的。能遇到你真是太好了，你比我梦到的样子还要完美。我爱你。我永远不会伤害你。我只想一直和你一起。所以……”
利威尔的声音像从他身体内部传来，震动着血肉。“所以？”
“不要离开我……我的一切都是你的……告诉我你相信。”
“你这人真够奇怪的。”
“你相信我吧？”
“是啊……我相信。”

连续几天都是晴天。利威尔站在露台上收沙发套。
他瞥了眼玻璃拉门彼端。埃尔文戴着眼镜，在吧台边办公，对着小小的笔记本屏幕，用他粗粗的手指不时敲几个键。利威尔总是觉得这样的埃尔文特别好笑。
他看了一会儿，关上露台的门，拿出自己的手机。
“伊莎贝尔。”好一阵手机接通，对面是个一次性的预付费电话，利威尔事先存下号码。“你们还好吗？”
伊莎贝尔明亮的声音在滋滋作响的电流音中炸开：
“利威尔大哥，你的金发男又和那个条子碰面了！还是在那家咖啡馆。”
“我知道。”
“你知道什么！”伊莎贝尔急得要哭出来，“他一直在骗你，骗你他跟条子没有关系！法兰早就说过，他故意留住你是要对你不利，你再不脱身，条子就要收网了！”
“我说，我知道了。”利威尔沉沉叹息一声，“让法兰接电话。”
几分钟后，露台传来敲玻璃声。埃尔文应声抬头，看到利威尔抱着一捧沙发套。
埃尔文去开门。“露台门怎么锁上了？”
“谁知道？风吹的吧。”
利威尔仔细把沙发套套回沙发上。
“对了，埃尔文，我联系了伊莎贝尔和法兰。他们目前在外地落脚，我让他们赶回来了。”
“那太好了。”
“他们没有交通工具，需要我们开车去接。约定的碰头时间是三天后，地点是——”
他说出时间和地点。埃尔文点头记下，过了一阵，拿起手机去了卫生间。

Everyone can post Note on NOSTR ( notes and other stuff transmitted by Relay ) . whether paid , free or build your own relay .
Put hashtag on your post will make it easy for people to find your post .
people response or not , it depend on their preference .
you are your own alghortm , you choose which user you want to interact with . Bring your friend along onboard on Nostr😀
the best thing maybe : find one account you like and click on their right of profile and you have a choice to copy their public key, copy that dan save it , so every time you post , you can tag their public key so he will reply you back. hm... hope this help people discover you.
