Did you see the movie about him and his American couch? I always wondered about how he got the money for it. Would be even harder now. But many better off ppl get opportunity to compete in their hobby sport as Olympics gives spots out for ppl with nationality which does not normally compete. Same with World Cup in most alpine sports, cross country and Nordic. Not sure about others.
