Expect more of this. Cash pulls a premium when banks are not eager to lend . It’s a buyers market now. It flipped completely from the RE only goes up bt era. Lots of bag holders that don’t even realize it still. My sister’s neighbor bought the top in 2021 and just sold recently and took a $200k loss. A lot of sellers still seem to think it’s peak prices too and then wonder why they can’t sell . Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it
